They accept card payments (NOT an HSA card which they falsely claim to!) but don't deliver the product ordered. I have tried following up everyday since the order was placed on their customer care phone number and email address. Scam company operating under "Shock Doctor" company name and their parent company which acquired them recently "United Sports Brands" do not respond to customer care complaints either through their scam phone number and email address.

Ordered 2 shoulder braces, 2 back braces and an elbow brace back on May 15th 2023 and still have not got my merchandise. But they sure took my money the same day I ordered. They are the worst when it comes to shipping and customer service.I called and no one answered the phone, I will never ever use them again and I advise everyone to look at different brands. Company says USA made but honestly their products are from China I bet, they are terrible terrible terrible DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR YOU WILL REGRET IT

There are many 5* reviews on their website and at Google reviews site. I unfortunately believed them and thought this company and the products are excellent. I paid extra for 3-5 days expedited shipping as I needed the brace asap due to a fracture.

It's nearly 5 working days now with zero email confirmation that they've shipped my order. I emailed them two days ago and no one has bothered to respond. So I just ended up calling them. Mind you they tell you on your order confirmation if you have questions concerning your order to email them. Apparently they have no intention of replying to your emails.

Customer service says they need to check if the order was either not yet shipped or has already been shipped but their system just wasn't updated (which makesno sense). Well, no matter the excuse this company has lousy customer service. To me, it means that either they don't ship your order timely or they have you believe that if you pay extra to expedite your order it'll be faster except they don't intend to do that and just pocket the expedited shipping cost knowing full well that they will ship the order at their leisure. Of course, their customer service agent claimed that I could request a refund if it was found that they haven't shipped out my order by tomorrow (i.e. the 5th day for the expedited shipping period). Except she only said that after I mentioned putting the purchase in dispute with my credit card company.

Also I have read reviews now not only about how other customers had shipment delays but also about how shoddy their products really are. I just wished I had done a more thorough job researching thir reviews. I made the mistake of believing the 5* reviews on their site and mostly at Google looking at them a glanceonly. But now reviewing them in detail especially the Google reviews, the reviewers' names look very fake.

I, therefore, do not recommend this company!
