Horrible experience! I tried to use the app for the first time because you get "benefits" for using it...it had me enter the location 4 separate times (again, and again, and again, and again), but when i placed my order and went to the location (1818 N. Monroe) to pick it up - they didn't have it!! They had it at 1944 N. Monroe (which doesn't even exist here!) - the employee at the McDonalds sent me to 6321 N Monroe St (who also didn't have my order!). What a horrible experience!!! I drove over 6 miles and waisted my entire lunch break with my son who came to visit me at work. not to mention my entire 1hr. lunch break, also wasted. The icing on the cake was the 2 "managers" Mary and Hizel? wouldn't help me in any way. I want my money back and my time!!!
We ate in side in the playland area
We ate inside in the playland area. The food was good, but the playland was filthy! We found out there was slime on the playland slide when my granddaughter came out and her clothes were covered in it and ruined. I let an associate know of a spill on the slide, and the employee went to hand me a wet towel to clean it up. Seriously???? WTF. Then proceeded to let me know that when they got more help,he would send someone to clean it up. Never again. This is wrong on many levels. An employee never came out. Another father with 2 sons came in soon after. The father notified the employee who brought them their food that their was slime in the slide. The employee said "oh okay" and never returned to clean it.

Absolutely disgusting service of an app I made an order items where missing when I came to report it on the app it asked to upload a receipt the receipt was never recognised no matter how many times I uploaded it!

Worst app ever!!!! Slow, doesn't really let you order anything. When comes to paying, option isn't available and ask you to review the order but doesn't say what is wrong. Rubbish for such a big company! Should invest more in the app so people can actually use it!
Robbers and con artists
If I could give no stars I would have. I used the app to order 2 cheese burgers, and a Philly Stack meal. The 2 cheese burgers, and the fries and drink for the Philly stack arrived BUT no Philly burger. I complained and asked for a refund. They are refunding me £2.78. The Philly stack burger on his own is about £6. I’ve tried to complain but just get the same automated bot. I’ve deleted my account and deleted the app. Absolutely disgusting. How can they give a £2.78 refund when food worth over £6 didn’t arrive. Nice business if you can get away with it. Con artists. I won’t be buying McDonalds for a very very long time.

I am missing half my food on my delivery. And,there is now means to contact the restaurant or,customer services. Nothing! Just the app that don't work and leads your round in circles until you realise, you have just been robbed.
I finally got in touch with someone at uber eats and they refunded the missing items. When I insisted on a full refund as, nobody who pays for a service should go through what we went through last night. They told me to take it up with mcdonald's. And, would you believe! They say, I need to take it up with uber eats.
I told them I'll be leaving honest reviews. And, they couldn't of given a rats anus.
DO NOT USE THIS APP !!

Useless app, consistently non responsive especially when you try to use any special offers. They will not add to your order. Infuriating

Every time I try to get rewards due to points earned the item I choose always has item unavailable and absolute con 😔

For a company the size of McDonalds, this app is really no where near acceptable. Whoever designed this app should be fired and also banned from making any other app, it's like it was designed by a child, that has had no education, has been spun around twenty times and sent into a mirror maze.
Extremely slow, fails to work and makes you look like an idiot when in a queue with loads of people. Totally embarrassing.
Just drop your prices and quit it with all the loyalty and points crap.
Just an update : just had an email from McDonald's blaming the user (me), and basically saying I am lying that the app is working. A look down some of the below comments shows that we all must be liars eh?

Missing items on my order again via McDonald’s App! Called McD HQ they said call the number on the text - I said I never got a text and email had no number. They gave Uber eats number which stated they no longer support that number. Awful awful service all round

I didn’t receive an item that cost over £5, contacted the store they told me to report on the app and the customer service on the app said they wouldn’t refund. The delivery driver company also wouldn’t refund so now I’m hungry and out of pocket.
