Shambolic set up trying to deal with…

Shambolic set up trying to deal with the club for tickets. The IT systems do not work, calls waiting times over 2 hours - no way of escalating anything. Work contracted out to kids who could not give a damn. Danny Wilson the "head of" has been overseeing this for years now, dealing with the club I support is the most painful excruciating experience possible.

Ordered 2 full strips worth £250 on 2nd…

Ordered 2 full strips worth £250 on 2nd October for sons birthday and nothing has arrived 5 weeks later. Made 2 complaints received automated response to say someone will be in contact. And absolutely nothing. Disgusting service. Take your money and that’s it nothing. Must be something trading standards can do!

Am owed £275 from 2019/20.

After 4 calls to customer service and 3 emails to the customer service email box I am at my wits end. None of the promised call backs have been made This includes promises by team supervisors. I have names and dates from emails and front line. Was told that the front line operatives are not allowed to give out supervisor names. So I didn't get the name of who was calling me back... didn't get a call back either. None of my queries resolved. Most worrying of the 3 issues is that the club is holding almost £275 of my money relating to a refund due from 2019/2020 season. Have confirmed that it's due but haven't refunded me despite a number of promises to do so. Am now so desperate that am thinking of reporting it as fraud.

Don’t try to phone, they just won’t answer!

Ordered a shirt on 6th August. Had an update one month later saying there were further delays. The only way I could find to cancel the order was by ‘chat’. I cancelled and ordered from another supplier and this arrived. Two months after ordering from Man City I had an email saying my original order was due to arrive. I could get no-one on the phone to explain my problem. I was expected to pay around £8 to return the shirt to the Netherlands. I had already paid postage of £4.50. When I originally ordered I did not know it was being shipped from the Netherlands. After yet another email, I did get the return postage waived. Abysmal customer service.

Seems to be a running issue...

Ordered a shirt 22/09/21. Was informed of a 2 week delay. Okay... fair enough. 6 and a half weeks later, have I heard anything? No. Have I had the same template email copy and pasted to me 3 times? Yes.

I ask to cancel my order, but their customer service team seems that useless and appalling I don't even know if they have seen my email to cancel. I wanted my shirt ready for the new season, were now already 1/5 through. By the time they sort their wrong doings out they'll be 50% off anyway.

Poor poor customer service. Next time will just go LITERALLY anywhere else for my shirt

Ordered an away shirt for my daughters…

Ordered an away shirt for my daughters birthday on 5th September. Didn't arrive in the 3-7 days as promised on website. 16.09.21 spoke to some at call centre who told me there was a two week delay.
As there was a delay I decided to order 2 home shirts for Xmas gifts. These arrived in the allocated time, but still no away shirt.
Filled out 3 x email forms on the website and got one automated message stating as of 20.09.2021 to allow 10days. Tried 6 x to call the number today, but states they are not available. Really poor customer service.

Same as others have said

Same as others have said. Ordered printed strip as gift about 6 weeks ago. No way to contact them. No response to fb / Instagram or Twitter messages. No response to emails. Nothing. Very disappointed and my nephew still has no birthday gift. I’d cancel but there’s no way to contact anyone to do so.

Ordered a kit for my sons birthday on…

Ordered a kit for my sons birthday on 19th Sepand advised 3-7 days delivery. Day 11 and had NO update. I've emailed no reply and the phone line just cuts you off after a minute. Its my sons birthday in 3 days and I've no idea if it's been shipped yet. How do you explain that to a child? Sorry you have no present. So angry and shocked at the POOR SERVICE.

Where do I begin.....

Where do I begin.....
A simple process of transferring my reason ticket to my son, resulted in numerous errors, phone calls, emails etc and when we finally thought we'd resolved matters, got debited an extra Direct debit. After waiting on hold for an hour, was told issue was resolved and would receive refund within 7 working days.......10 working days later, joined hold queue at caller number 186 and after 1 he 27 mins at caller number 75, was disconnected.
After another week and still no refund, joined the hold queue for 1 HR. A pleasant lady sat in her house in London attempted to assist with no avail. In fact I was worse off. My refund chase up was being 'flagged' by her supervisor of whom she wasn't allowed to provide a name. When asked when I can expect my refund I was told 'soon'......???? I asked for details of senior management or a complaints dept and was told it didn't exist and I would have to email the same dept that have failed to respond to any of my messages and were part of the complaint. Here I am 27 days after my money was 'unlawfully' taken from my account and still no joy.
This is how loyal working class fans are treated. Utterly shameful

Shockingly bad customer service that…

Shockingly bad customer service that doesn't even warrant 1 star, but you can't award zero stars!
On 26th August, I ordered and paid nearly £100 for a personalised shirt as on birthday present. Absolutely no contact since despite emailing customer services several times - their auto-email response states that they will be responding within 1-2 days...and then nothing. It's 4 weeks since I placed the order and the only information is a generic message posted on their webpage on 20th September notififying of at least another 10 days of delays. That doesn't constitute responding to the individual emails.
And there's going to be one very disappointed birthday person next week as there's no birthday present!!

never use this service again

odered a printed shirt £90 on 1st september for a birthday present 23rd september it still has not arrived, when contacting the shop there is no response or appology for the delay, it would be much easier to go to the shop and buy i there and then or alternatively find a local sports shop to do it, i have ordered a few times and each time had issues, i will never use this service again.

Never again

Will never be ordering online again. Ordered 9th August it arrived 3 days ago. £70 top for my son with grealish on.. It arrived with the writing peeling off! Disgusting.. £70 and waiting weeks!! . Within the 3 days it arrived been trying to ring city and emailed and can't get through on the phone and no email back. So my partner has just travelled to the stadium shop to see if he can sort it out.. The item would not scan so they couldn't do anything! Have to send it off and to do that they charge £8..to send a faulty top back. Never again.. Worst company ever!!

Worst customer service ever…

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
There is different options to choose from but all go through to same department.
I have wasted over 10 hours trying to get through over last few days and been cut of every time when near end of queue.Would give a minus if possible.
PS been season ticket holder for good number of years

None existent customer care

Sad I have to give one star. Awaiting a refund since 5th August (and it cost me £7.95 to return the shirt). I have wasted too much of my life calling the customer help (!) line. It says "we are unavailable, either closed or busy!!" They literally do not know what the time of day is! So...I emailed, got a reply acknowledging my issue, stated it would be resolved within "1-2 working days". It has not, neither has the latest email. You literally cannot get hold of them. Do the senior staff at Man City know that this is how they are treating paying customers?

3 Hours trying to get hold of customer services with constant promise of moving up the queue only to just have constant music played when I was next in line - season card holder for over 14 years and this is how we are treated!!!!

Don’t buy from here!

I ordered a Ferran Torres shirt on the 14th august which is 4 weeks ago and I’ve just supposedly “received” my parcel yet it’s no where to be seen. Also Ups who “delivered” my parcel left a note in one of the emails stating that the package was left at “other”, like am I supposed to know where “other” is???? Now I have to complete and send off a form regarding the list item yet I’m not guaranteed the item or a refund. I am absolutely furious and disappointed about the situation. I wouldn’t recommend buying from Manchester City!!!

My wife ordered a shirt with Foden 47 on,
Update from 6/8/21,
Still no shirt 5 weeks later. Yet states stock available.
What a farse all email reply you get is. Could take a further 2 weeks.
And the cheek of a scrouge of 10% off your next order.
Can I point out I haven't got the order placed 5 weeks ago.
This club is not interested in you just your money.
It's done sick of poor communication, so I a have tried contacting the shop yet again pointless. Email usual response.
Instructed my bank to charge this back as I think 5 weeks of excuses is enough.
FCA and Trading standards is the next step if they try charging admin fees.
I mean no updates what so ever apart from could take a further 2 weeks.
Mancity you took my money knowing you had no stock!
