Waited in 4 x hourly call queues (3 times the line eventually went dead) when I found out that my season ticket will be on an app. I don't understand 'apps.' They said I could download the tickets myself but I would have to be willing to get in a different 1-hour call queue to arrange.
No thanks. Very disappointed in the appalling way city have decided treat live supporter customers. City - you should know and do better than this.

Terrible, Terrible service to spend a £110 on a shirt and yet after 10 days it still hasn’t even been dispatched even after contacting Tuesday and being told it would be dispatched by Wednesday night latest. It is now Friday its just a joke and damn right embarrassing for one of the biggest clubs in the world! These tops are probably mass produced and ready to send off so what the hell is the hold up??

Literally wouldn't even give 1 star. Its sooo shocking. I ordered my son a new kit 10 days ago, spent £95 as its his birthday present which is for Sunday. So ordered in plenty of time. Because was personalised with foden, the earliest I could pick delivery was 3-5 days. Left till the 6th day and tried to call,phone cut me off several times saying was busy. Went on live chat after 2 emails ignored and they have ran out of the letters, said could be weeks before I recieve. They said they can't prioritise just because its a birthday and I will recieve when I recieve. I was fuming not just with what happened but with the service. They then said have a nice day and stopped the chat. How can customers be treated like this. I then did another chat and said OK I won't have the personalisation, they said they can't change the order now nor can I have a refund. Man city seriously need to sort this there are too many reviews saying the same thing. Service is utterly disgusting, what has gone wrong! Very angry and upset for my son who adores this team.

Embarrassing for the club
Been 8 days since ordered no response to emails and phone line just cuts you off! Love the club but stichd or whatever they are called who runs the online shop are an embarrassment to the club and we should have strong words - I run an online shop and it’s quite simple - take the order despatch send tracking and usually all is ok! If the boss at City reads this get in touch would do a much better job than these!!!

Just saw the new City Kit for 21/22. It's a replica from a kit some years ago, but sponsor was Nike. Why do football clubs do this, ripping the general public off, by bringing what you would think a new top out, I love City but I'd say, who ever designes then need too look again, heritage is great but bring tops out that are replicated from old tops is crazy. They cost so much money when they first come out, people go out and buy too support there club. 🥺👍 I Wana see better kits in future too come.............

I made and order on June 14th for my son's birthday. After 10 days nothing arrived so I emailed to ask why this has happened and I was rest assured that when one of the items is back on stock they will sent them all together. The next day I got an automated email about a partial refund with no other explaination.
So I emailed again to ask what is this refund and I was told that two of the items were no longer available so they cancelled them. Hence I asked for the third item to be cancelled too as my son's birthday had passed and I had to buy another present anyway to be told that the item has been labelled and packed(not shipped!) so nothing could be done. I called the customer(to be fair the gentleman was really polite) service to be told that I cannot even return the item as it is personalised. So two weeks now they have taken payment on day 1, and I haven't received either the item nor the refund for part of the order. And all this after 5 emails and a phone call! Needless to say that the shorts I was told that are out of stock still appear in stock at the shop website and that I paid almost £8 for packing and shipping.

I order a shirt almost 3 week's ago and I still have not received. Customer services say they are still waiting for printing, yet if you go on the website it says available for immediate order.
This is the 6th time I have ordered on line and only once has my order arrived on time. When you call a manager is never available and you are fobbed off with poor excuse and they refuse to get a manager to call you back.
Terrible service and the club just don't seem to care that they are upsetting the fans.
Appalling returns policy
Charging for returns as stated before, despite being able to return free of charge to the club previously (they can’t quarantine online goods apparently?! .. unlike many other high street stores). So £6 to return a £20 shirt. Customer service failed to read what I was saying; they just reiterated that they would only cover postage if it was damaged. An appalling way to take advantage of covid 19 - especially when you are prevented from trying on in the store. Ignored my requests to provide me with the official complaints procedure. Though they did provide me with an address to return if I could organise my own cheaper postage!

When purchasing goods online without the ability to try them on for size, I expect the ability to return them if they don't fit. The cost to return them is about half the price of the item. I will not be ordering here again. Terrible way to take advantage of fans.

Horrible customer service. I ordered something on black friday and its April 13th. Was suppose to arrive December 2nd. Never order from the website. Im such a huge city fan but this is ridiculous. Billion dollar club and I can barely get a jersey I PAID for. Gonna have to dispute it smh.

If I could only say one thing, don’t ever buy from this website. As much as a man city fan you may be, it is by far the worst customer service and shipping i’ve ever had. If I could give this 0 stars I would. My package was supposed to arrive January 11, it’s February 23rd now and i’ve contacted them multiple times to only find out my package is 12 hours away in a post office in a different state. Not only that but they then ask ME to contact the post office when for one, I have no idea what post office it’s at, but also that’s not my responsibility! It’s honestly really frustrating seeing that a company as big as Manchester City are completely terrible at getting a single item to its destination. I know i’ve seen multiple people with the same issues so if you take anything from this, don’t ever buy anything from this store, you’re better off buying it from your local thrift store.

only way to return an unwanted item is through their 'returns portal', this basically means £4.08 cost to return a pair of gloves. No other method available. WILL NOT BUY FROM MAN CITY SHOP AGAIN!!!
