They no longer run their own payroll but fail to tell you that you have to pay employer's NI yourself.
I've been close to reporting them.

Recruiter stood me up TWICE
I reached out to a one of their recruiters based in Dubai on LinkedIn. The recruiter told me he would call me. When he didn't call at the scheduled time, I sent him an email and he postponed the interview to the following day. The next day, he didn't call again. Both times, no apologies, nothing. I sent him an email and haven't received any reply. This recruiter's behaviour is totally unprofessional, it says a lot about the company.
