Terrible

Myself and my ex wife used Robert Taylor for the sale of a house in 2024. Everything appeared go well until several months later when I discovered that an acre of farmland that was not for sale was also transfered to the buyer of the house.
Several days after leaving a message with his secretary and several emails Robert called me. The called ended with Robert shouting down the phone at me, how it was my fault for not telling him there was more on the deeds than just the house.
I know nothing about deeds etc and obviously if I'd known I needed to tell him not to transfer the farmland with the house than I would have told him that.
After email communication Robert sent 1 letter to the purchasers solicitor. That was the entirety of the effort made by Robert to get the matter resolved. I did offer to pay half the cost of getting it resolved. There was 1 more telephone conversation which again ended with Robert shouting at me down the phone.
In December 2024 I requested a copy of the contract for the sale. He emailed me a couple of unsigned pages of something or other. When I again requested a copy of the signed contract he replied
" I am arranging to take up a signed copy of the Contract for Sale and will furnish it to you as soon as I have it. There is no difficulty in furnishing you with this."
That was 7 months ago, it is now July 2025 and I have still not received a copy of the signed contract.
On a side note, there was 1 attempted sale that fell through prior to the agreed sale.
Robert issued 2 invoices for the 1 failed sale and drew the money for these 2 invoices.
If I had an option of giving 0 stars in this review I would.
