I brought my new house through Mckenzie Smith Hartley Wintney. Lloyd and Mark are a super team. Very professional with a fantastic sense of humour. Incredibly approachable and always willing to go 'the extra mile'. On one occasion I asked to measure up for blinds and shutters, Lloyd met me at the property and waited whilst the company set about measuring and suggesting fabrics, in total over an hour.
In essence the entire process felt fun and exciting, nothing was too difficult, I would most definitely recommend them.

Over the last couple of years I have used three local estate agents to market and sell my property, and by far the most professional and successful has been MacKenzie Smith, Hartley Wintney branch. Lloyd and Mark who helped with the selling process really know their stuff and when it comes to giving a realistic assessment of market conditions they were spot on! Furthermore, their professionalism and knowledge were a breath of fresh air compared to their competitors!! Not only guiding me through the process, but when an offer unexpectedly came through early and I didn’t have a property in sight, Lloyd was very helpful in assisting me in my house search. The only stressful element was caused by Phillips Solicitors, Basingstoke. Avoid them at all costs!
