Poor finish, rude staff at mclouis

I’ve purchased the fusion 379, a nice looking van, but who ever signs the vehicle off at the factory has failed, screw covers missing, garage door fitted out of square, who ever applies the sealant internally and externally has failed miserably, and to top it off the customer service at mclouis ignored my emails, the dealer will put right, meaning I have to drive 150 miles each way to get ( hopefully) repaired.

Rude disrespectful staff at mclouis
