This is my second LCD-to-Vdeo converter and they are easy to use and setup. They do have some minor video problems (vcr in fast forward are not viewable) but other wise it is a good product to use up spare Monitors!

Always friendly service. I live nearby so I use the customer pick up option instead of delivery. Parts are ready when they are proposed.

Recent order was marked as complete even though the main item was not shipped (available at time of order). Paid more shipping than for add on item as a result. No alert or notification was provided on missing item which is no not available anymore. Good customer service looks different. Amazon doesn't look so bad after all even when buying from third parties. MCM is losing a customer.

I have been buying from MCM for around 20 years now, and you have truly been great. You have had many hard to find items, and at excellent prices to boot. I am so sorry to hear that you are going out of business now, I can only hope that Newark will continue to provide the service that you have.

I buy all my hd antennas from mcm ,unfortunately for mcm they don't check what they ship carefully. Recieved a hd antenna that had been used or someone broke and sent it back ,it was in a beatup box ,not the original ,and it was missing screws, it had wrong parts in it and you can tell it was repackaged, other than that they are pretty good, I will continue to buy from them because they sell good quality parts, hopefully they will check there products better before they ship.

Excellent product and prices. They get it right or they make it right, every time! I am impressed with the knowledge, expertise and the follow-through of every person I have had contact with, especially Melissa who seems to know everything! (That is in stark contrast to many of the vendors I have to deal with who think they "know it all".) I've been in the business since I was a kid and we all know that that the design and manufacture of these products is mostly off-shore, of predominantly Asian origin and the tech to build value-based product at any price point isn't alchemy in this day and age. What matters to me is the value-added by the people, and MCM is my choice when I want top notch service. (And no, I'm not a shill for the company or an employee... not even a "non-attorney spokesperson"...just a very satisfied customer.)

Great service. Wish they would send shipping and delivered emails as do most suppliers.

Horrible customer service experience. I was asked to call in regards to W001xxx, which was "on hold" -- AFTER MCM had successfully charged my credit card. The customer service rep I talked sounded annoyed and impatient before and after putting me on hold for several minutes. Apparently, MCM is now unable to handle different addresses for billing and shipping -- something that's standard in business. Due to potential for credit card fraud, I will not "verify" my credit card over the phone. That's what an encrypted https connection is for and sufficient.

That left me only to cancel my order -- interestingly something that the customer service representative was eager and prompt to confirm. She gave no additional option to resolve this, and didn't show the least ambition to save a $300 sales transaction.

This was not my first order from MCM, and previous orders were also billed to my post office and shipped to our street address. This was most certainly my last order with them.

I have ordered numerous pieces of equipment from 8 camera DVR's to day-night cameras to go with it. the equipment and support has ALWAYS been exceptional--I will be a MCM customer for years to come

I received my order in a couple of days every thing was in good shape .
I have gotten a lot of stuff from MCM over the years and always been happy with them.

Been dealing with MCM for several years now. Will return a recently purchase item. Nothing wrong, no foul. The gadget simply doesn't work for what I need. I recommend MCM. R.
