Ships Only 1 of 3 Boxes

Ordered a lift chair from this company on October 7, 2026, through Amazon. Waited all day. 1 of 3 boxes was delivered. Amazon's website marked it as delivered. Contacted Amazon and wanted to know where my other 2 boxes were and how I would track them since they marked the whole thing as delivered. Amazon CS kept saying it was delivered, and I finally had to call them; chat is useless. They finally put me in touch with the seller, MCombo, through email. MCombo blamed FedEx for not picking up the other 2 boxes. Yet they ask me to send them a picture of the box I got. Tells me they never put my other 2 boxes on the truck in the first place. It is Monday, and they still have not shipped my other 2 boxes.
