After my first delivery. I was not informed but my account was cancelled that they won't deliver to houses in apartments.

I am sorry to hear that your order was cancelled following the first delivery. While it is our aim to deliver in as many areas as possible and to as many addresses as possible, there are some addresses that our drivers cannot access due to safety concerns.
Due to the time we deliver, our drivers are unable to enter flat buildings due to being unable to leave the van unattended.
We are unable to access flats with secure entry systems that require a code or fob for access. Unfortunately, our driver would not be able to locate a safe and accessible delivery spot for your delivery on a regular basis. Once again, I truly apologise for the disappointment caused.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We are truly sorry we were unable to deliver and give you the full McQueens experience.
Absolutely appalling service
Absolutely appalling service. I paid for a delivery from McQueen Dairies that never arrived, and despite requesting a refund, I still have not received my money back.
This is completely unacceptable. You took payment for a service that was never provided and have failed to return the money owed. I have been left out of pocket with no proper resolution, no accountability, and no confidence that this company actually cares about its customers.
A business should not be taking people’s money for orders that never arrive and then failing to issue refunds. The entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and has left me feeling completely ignored.
I would strongly advise anyone thinking about using McQueen Dairies to reconsider. Based on my experience, I paid for something I never received and have been forced to chase money that should have been returned without question

I had a very disappointing experience with McQueens Dairies
I specifically ordered orange juice in glass bottles, but it was repeatedly delivered in plastic bottles instead. I complained about this on several occasions and made it clear that I did not want the plastic version, yet the deliveries continued
Now I’m being chased for payment for products I never wanted in the first place. I’ve asked them to remove the charges for the incorrectly supplied orange juice, but they’ve refused and even claim there is no record of my complaints
I’m terminally ill, so dealing with this unnecessary stress has been incredibly upsetting. I would have happily paid for the products I ordered and accepted, but I don’t believe I should be charged for goods that were repeatedly supplied against my clear instructions
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company

neither good or bad. missed a few deliveries and some turned up. product is good when it arrives and good value for money but when you have multiple times it doesn't and having to argue the invoice each week its not worth it and better local milkman about

When the guy came around on a cold call I was sceptical I must say. However, he was really good so I heard him out. Decided why not, and gave it a try.
1 year later and we are still with McQueens. Milk is always delivered before I wake up, never had a problem. Paying an extra bit of money for the convenience of having milk delivered is fantastic especially when it's as reliable as McQueens. Fully recommended to anyone thinking about setting up a subscription with them. 5 Star.

Call after call …
Never had any milk delivered was a knightmare to cancel and stop the calls one after another and texts keep coming one after another now I keep getting a email saying I owe them £1.17 for milk that was delivered thich never happened they really need to change there system

And I have legit onky gotten 2 deliverys TOTAL out of 8… they ignore emails and now X
They didnt even delivery my order and still try to charge me for my next order..
Just find a different company
Plus I got the bare minimum..
I didn't even get to use credit I was given as a sorry for the mess ups
Looks like since I got what I paid for I been ignored and guess credit removed I guess 😡

Speeding dangerous driver

The Orange juice is good but I would have preferred for it to taste freshly squeezed. The eggs are fresh and very tasty.
