Great skirting, bad company.
The skirting itself is very nice (ogee 2). However the company is absolutely useless. Had multiple pieces come damaged, some of which I could patch, some of which was unusable. I emailed the company within 10 minutes of delivery and never got a response… months later and still waiting. Customer service absolute trash.

Splits, very rough in need of sanding and missing knots that needed filling
I’ve used this company before and used them again as the products were good quality. However my pine skirting boards which I ordered primed, were in need of serious sanding and wood filling to account for splits in the wood and missing knots. Disappointing and it tripled my workload when I was on a tight schedule.

We’re really sorry to hear that this batch of primed pine skirting wasn’t up to the standard you’ve previously received from us. Pine is a natural product and can contain knots and occasional surface imperfections, but it certainly shouldn’t require what you’ve described before installation.

Regarding the undercoat finish, we’re sorry to hear it didn’t quite meet your expectations. Our standard undercoat is designed as a solid base layer to prepare the product for top coating on site (light sanding may be required, especially on more detailed profiles), rather than a finished decorative coat. That said, it should still be applied evenly and to a good standard.

Damaged goods terrible unreliable…
Damaged goods terrible unreliable service, window board arrived with multiple damages to actual board and multiple other damages to the paint, took over a week to arrive, the matt grey paint finish was terrible even without the faults. I sent 7 pictures and they gave me a £15 partial refund plus promise of paint next day, didn't arrive, rang 4 days later, they promised an overnight on the paint again, still didn't arrive. Useless liars with inferior product and really bad service, IMO they are best avoided based on my experience.

Receiving a damaged item is frustrating enough, but the follow-up you’ve described clearly hasn’t met the standard we expect of ourselves. That’s something we take seriously.
All of our window boards are inspected before dispatch, but unfortunately damage can occasionally occur in transit. That said, the resolution process should always be prompt and reliable. If the promised paint did not arrive on two occasions, that’s something we need to investigate internally.

No delivery, no communication, since initial order email
I ordered and paid for a sample skirting board cover on 9th February, since when the order just shows as awaiting fulfilment. I have emailed the company asking for details of when to expect delivery or a refund, no answer. Disappointing service given the majority of positive reviews on TrustPilot.

Irregular primer with some dents
The board primer is irregular and with a few dents which will force me to sand down and fill dents before I can paint it and fit it.
Very disappointing as I intentionally ordered this to avoid having to prepare the board for painting.

Had to call regarding a delivery once during a rainy day as I would be at work and miss the delivery time on my email. They delivered to me before I left for work. Awful company. Avoid.
Awful company. Ordered MDF skirting board (the quality is bad. Do not choose this product). It was left outside without proper packaging in the rain all day as no one was home and they don't give any warning. It was water damaged, as well as being covered in scratches, dents and the primer was patchy.
I contacted immediately to report this and to explain that I wanted to return these, not exchange them - due to rubbish quality product. No reply. Chased it up. No reply. Had to buy replacements from elsewhere foe my project so as not to hold things up. Then out of the blue, I get an automated text to say they are delivering replacements tomorrow morning. I'm on holiday for 2 weeks. I have just emailed to tell them I refuse delivery. They've literally never replied to any of my communications. If they leave this item on my property in the rain for 2 weeks I'm going to tear my hair out. Avoid this incompetent company.

To clarify, we operate our own fleet of delivery vehicles and, because of this, our packaging is intentionally minimal. Damage during transit is very rare as the goods are handled directly by our team rather than through third-party couriers. That said, your order should absolutely not have arrived in a damaged condition, and we take that seriously.
We also have a strict policy that drivers must not leave goods without customer permission. If items were left outside without prior authorisation, that falls below our delivery standards and will be investigated internally.
In addition, the lack of response to your emails is not acceptable. You should not have had to chase repeatedly, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to then receive an automated replacement notification without proper communication - particularly when you had requested a return.
We’re sorry again for the inconvenience caused and would very much like the opportunity to put this right.
