Had a very bad experience here
Had a very bad experience here. I was dealing with an older man I think his name was either Kieran or Mick. He had glasses and was on the larger side. He very condescending, rude and passive aggressive! I don’t know why. I was totally shocked. All the other staff were nice and I was so close to just saying can I switch staff members. Please MD Oshea management - look into this incident. He was horrible for no reason. It was hard to keep my cool with him but I did. I won’t be coming back because he left such a bitter taste in my mouth.
