Disorganised and bad communication
I'm a regular costumer in Ballingcollig as currently renovating. While all personnel is polite and helpful, I've never had a smooth experience at the counter, often having to recheck dockets, exchange items on the spot, query items being overcharged, or going around in circles between depots to find my items. Last week I've put in a large order for home delivery for the first time, on tuesday. In person at the shop, I was told it should be arriving wed evening. I called on thursday, as nothing arrived, and was told the order was redirected to killarney. Called killarney and was told they did not know about my order but they would call back. They did not. Friday we contacted again and were told they would be monday at that stage, as the drivers were informed too late. All planned work was delayed. We called again today (the next tuesday!) as still no sign of the delivery. They told us they never heard of the order. :) No communication at all on the order unless prompted by us, similarly to other reviews. Can't make this up, sort yourselves out please.

Just a quick note that our delivery is automatically calculated at checkout. You may have accidentally selected 'for collection' and added a note for us to deliver it, hence why the delivery charge didn't apply on the original order and we had to follow up on it.
