Great service and great piece of mind.
We had the pleasure of having Micheal come and snag our new build property the day after we got the keys. He was very thorough and took the time to explain the issues he had identified and offer good advice on how to proceed with them, making our subsequent dealings with the developer much easier and more productive. Having MDR look over the house with a professional eye has taken a lot of the stress of moving in to a new build away from us and allowed us to get issues rectified that we may not have noticed until it was more difficult. Well worth the money.
I'd have no hesitation in recommending a MDR home inspections or using them again in the future.
