Worst Customer service ever

Worst Customer service ever. I ordered a hair for my daughter's desk at school. They sent it to the wrong address and refused to fix it. Had to dispute it with my credit card. They are the worst. Will never order another thing from them.....not even if they were giving it away for free!!!!!

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. They are very dishonest. I wrote to customer service to see if I bought a rug if it was returnable and they said it was returnable in accordance with their return policy. I read the return policy and nowhere does it say that I need to pay to return the items and a 25% restocking fee on rugs. I orderd two rugs and both did not work out. When I aske to return the rugs, they said I would need to pay for the return shipping ($150) and a 25% restocking fee ($170). Nowhere in the return policy does it say that rugs returned have a 25% restocking fee and I needed to pay to ship them back. In the end I received very little refund for the rugs and felt very misled. I called and emailed to disccuss with customer serivce and received a very poor response. I was not allowed to speak to a supervisor.
