Great booster seat
The dog booster seat is great. Finally my pug can see trough the window when travelling on the car. Very good quality for the money. We bought the large size but I believe the smaller one would have been great too, as In the large there is plenty of space for an other (smaller)dog too next to her. Delivery was quick too.

Kept telling me delivery was out for…
Kept telling me delivery was out for delivery with DHL. DHL kept saying they hadn’t got it turned out the parcel had been sent with no postage on it so I had to pay for it to be delivered. Company did give me the postage back but it was a hassle and delivery took so long

Your order was due to be delivered by DHL and allocated a DHL consignment number etc. but unfortunately it seems that the item itself was picked up by Royal Mail, hence the confusion.
Please rest assured that this is certainly not a common occurrence and if you were to give us another chance in the future I am sure that everything would run exactly as planned.
