Absolutely garbage. Tiny sample products at inflated prices. Customer service? What customer service? Good luck with that. I’ll be disputing charges since no one has helped in any way. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Products were sent that I did not order. I returned them and they reimbursed me only for the product but they charged me shipping for both ways. The products are ok but not that different from store products but much more expensive

I have used meaning for beauty for many years. I’m always receiving compliments on my skin. I also love that I can change my order to my needs.

I've been using MB since 2012 I think?? I've never had any issues and love their products. Within the last year they underwent a website renovation and since that time things have changed with the company. The website is no different, the customer service went downhill and the packaging is waaaaaaaaaaay smaller - yes I noticed! In October, my shipment came with double of everything and I was charged over $400.00. When I called to report the issue, MB said I would need to return everything (even my regular products) AND pay the return shipping! After arguing with them over many different phone conversations, they finally took care of the issue. Then this month I noticed a separate $4.00 charge on top of my monthly installments. I haven't even had time to call them about this yet. I'm assuming customer service has been outsourced now. The whole ordeal has just left a bad taste in my mouth enough to make me walk away from continuing to use their products altogether. Shame on you Cindy!

this is a dishonest company. For instance, they sold the product for $63 before Christmas. And now they want another $129. for the product

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! I cancelled my subscription on 10/16/25 via the online chat. I have screenshots proving that the chat rep Nicole successfully cancelled my subscription, and I had two payments left to make which were done in 11/3/25 and 12/4/25. Today I had another $105.94 taken out of my account. I contacted the customer service department (which is in the Philippines) and was told my subscription was never cancelled!!! Now I have to wait to get my refund, which is going to take 3 to 5 banking days. I wanted an address to file a complaint and the supervisor CSR told me there is no address!!! Really, no physical address in the US?!?! I was "assured" it was now taken care of, but I was told the same thing 2-1/2 MONTHS AGO!!! I will be contacting the BBB and the Attorney General to report the fraudulent business practices of this company. 🤬🤬🤬

I have used this product for years. The extremely small sizes and 3 times the price are insane. A company that’s only interested in money. Decent product not worth the money

This company advertises a 30 day supply of their product is available, and says they will include 2 free gifts and free shipping for $49.00. When you call them to purchase what they have advertised, they tell you that if you purchase what they advertised for the price they advertised, they then tell you that they will automatically send you a 90 day supply at an additional cost for the additional product they will send automatically, whether you want them to or not. In the days before corporations assumed they can charge you whatever they want bc that is how they do it, that was known as “false advertising”, but corporations are now allowed to do and say whatever they want to their customers including lying to them about their costs for what they are offering, aka, “false advertising”, and as long as we let them do that, their business practices will continue to get worse, so they need to be called out for their false advertising practices.

I was sent (they claim) something I did not order. There is no proof I ordered or accepted any product from them. I want everyone to know that:
Under the Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act (ROSCA), a negative-option subscription is not enforceable unless you can show I gave express informed consent through clear and conspicuous disclosures. If you believe such consent exists, please provide documented proof, including:
A copy of the exact checkout page I saw at the time of purchase
A copy of the terms you claim were disclosed
Proof that I affirmatively agreed to ongoing charges (e.g., an unchecked checkbox I clicked myself)
Any confirmation email stating I enrolled in a subscription
Unless you can produce this documentation, the alleged subscription and related billing are invalid.
2. The second shipment constitutes “unordered merchandise.”
Because I did not request or authorize any additional shipments, the products sent to me qualify as unordered merchandise under:
39 U.S.C. § 3009 (Federal law)
Virginia Code § 11-2.2
Under these laws, unordered merchandise is legally considered an unconditional gift, and I am not required to pay for it or return it.
A seller also may not bill or threaten collections for unordered goods.
This is the law and everyone should be aware of these federal and state statues.
Read the law above see you in court

Product is good quality. Value is okay, and orders are always on time. I do not care for scheduled shipments as I have more product than needed in the time between orders. Otherwise, customer service and company is good.

i used this product a couple of years ago and when they came out with a new set i thought i would try.
it was not worth it. one of my pumps didnt work so i lost most of the product. one jar was 1/4 of the way filled. the other products were much smaller and not filled as well. when i tried to review it at their request, they would not accept it because it was a 1 star. i even tried to chat with them to find out why and they closed my chat on me. and blocked me.

Ordered an introductory kit, I paid for it. Still trying to decide whether it works for my skin or not when I suddenly see a new pending transaction on my credit card from this company! I notified my bank about the fraudulent transaction and the company too, so that they are aware of someone stealing their customer’s data. Well then I started reading online how this company traps people in subscriptions without notifying them and charging them about next shipments, again without actual shipment. So I went on their website and turns out they subscribed me when I ordered that one time kit! My next shipment would have been February 2026 but they went ahead and charged me already in November 2025! , without ever notifying me. So I canceled on their website (funny to cancel something you have never subscribed to, but do be it). They should learn how decent business practices are run, like notifying your customers about upcoming subscriptions just like other companies do. Luckily my credit card company is good handling issues like that, but this company has definitely lost a possible customer forever. Stay away from them! I read about a law suit against them due to deceiving practices, now I understand why.
Thank you for your reply. I canceled the subscription on your system and you still decided to ship it AFTER sending a confirmation about the cancellation. And even tried charging my credit card. My bank rejected it catching the fraud and i informed you in several emails about it, asked you to stop the shipment as well. i tried the chat function too but your agent would block me as soon as i saw that my message is about this issue. I even reached out to your shipping company to stop the delivery and return it to you, this is how decent I am! Either way, i have read in the meantime about the class action suits against you and now i understand. Your product must be really really poor quality if you need to commit fraud and trap people into paying for it... Poor Cindy seemingly has money issues...Maybe try the honest way (like i do) and then you won`t have to pay legal fees and penalties...

The products, over all, are great. Customer service is also pretty good.

I never got a chance to experience it. I’m still waiting for my package from last year.
