I love the meat hampers but now they've gone up in price twice by £10 a time in a year I'm struggling to pay for them, which is a shame as I love them but now at £70 getting a bit dear 😢😢.

Worst site ever constantly time out .we had £35 worth of items in the basket but won't allow me to place the order . Never seen a site lag so badly.

Unfortunately did not order my Christmas meat this year as went to my daughters but previously have ordered Rib of Beef delicious meat very juice very tender and the Best Price nit sure how they do it i highly recommend them all their meat is great

I have placed 2 orders from this website and the first arrived present and correct, no issues. My second order arrived and half of it was frozen, with one item clearly defrosting by the time it got to me and it stank. I emailed them, including photos but have had no reply. I will try to phone as other reviewers have stated they had to and see how they resolve this but sadly I won’t be ordering from them again. Don’t promise fresh meat and send it out frozen. I was unable to portion it out to freeze ready for meals meaning that the meat that hadn’t defrosted, most of it will go to waste when it is defrosted.

Wow! I didn’t think that Meat in the Box could top the previous turkeys we had ordered, but I was wrong.
The service was excellent from order, to receipt of the bird, by courier. I was truly delighted with the quality of the meat.
The entire family agreed that it was the best they had tasted. I will definitely order again next year.

The turkey supplied was not edible
I have placed orders over several years and we're ok but this year the turkey was really poor quality and extremely bad, I would think it maybe was imported as really bad and ended up in bin Christmas spoiled as had 8 People for dinner and no one touched the turkey

So i had an order and was missing a lot, so I sent an email with photos. I didn't hear anything, left it till about 10 and gave them a call, pleasant on the phone, and they were currently going through the emails as I phoned them. Not resolved there and then, but I had to go back to work and had an email to phone them when possible, and the issue was resolved. Overall very pleasant experience even tho things went wrong a company is built on repect to the customer and when issues arise its how you resolve them that makes it worthwhile and why i will still order from them.

I've just finished my first box from this company and enjoyed it. I ordered ribeye steaks which were tender with a mild flavour. The steak strips were stir fried into rice and very tasty. The skin on chicken breasts were roasted with roast potatoes served with veg and chicken gravy and loverly and tasty and tender. Same as for the belly pork slices. Chicken mini fillets were tender and tasty stir fried with rice. The salt and pepper beef burgers had to much seasoning for my preference and overpowered the flavour of the meat. I will definatly be ordering again.

Amazing ordered 11 packs of ribs and they were there next day far better quality than the butcher as in more meat for money. Well done will use again

Meat is excellent although my order was delivered a day late some things can't be helped but I received a partial refund as a good will measure hasn't put me off will still be ordering from them again

Good meat! I use a few online meat deliverys as i like to mix around, as all do something slightly different. I llike meat in the box, had some tasty minted lamb chops and the stuffed chicken/turkey in bacon is tasty, plus the old english sausages are massive and delicious! 😋
