Excellent ordering experience
At first after finding medclick-uk I was a little unsure as I hadn't used this company before, turns out I had nothing to be concerned about! The ordering process is easy to follow and the delivery time is excellent! I have made multiple orders and each time the transactions has gone perfectly, I used the basic delivery and received my order in 5 working days from day of ordering to postage through my door in the UK I was given a tracking number each time and was able to follow my parcel through the delivery process, the product I have ordered each time is exceptional, also I would like to point out that customer service is superb any questions I had were answered promptly I would highly recommend this company!

Ordered last Wednesday and was told order would be here Sunday, nothing...Then was told Monday...nothing...Yesterday was told it would arrive today, but still nothing...Customer service is brilliant before you order but afterwards it takes hours for a reply and no products. Royal mail tracking hasn't changed for days, says "Seller has advised they have posted the item, we're waiting for tracking"...
28th - Half of the order has arrived. It seems this was down to Royal Mail, they got the package yesterday, delivered today. Still waiting for the rest of my order...
30/07/2023 - WhatsApp correspondence has been extremely useful!. This seems to have been 'one of those things' which happens. They really do seem to actually care and want to make things right, which is really rare. The product is great, I would just be sure to order a week in advance in case of delivery issues. I would definitely recommend and use this company again! Their customer service alone makes it worth it!!

When I made an order, got email saying couldn’t take credit card payment. So I was advised bank transfer. However this was my 1st purchase from them, didn’t feel comfortable sending money first. I raised my concern on WhatsApp chat then was told could make a bank transfer once I received the item. Despite of my worrying, it went all smoothly. I will use this company again!
