Only use Omega surgical company if you want to throw your money away

I have ordered surgical instruments from this so call Omega surgical instruments company, my emails went unanswered for long time, these instruments were ordered for humanitarian medical mission, instruments were paid by the charity, finally after so many excuses, they sent a parcel, instead of surgical instruments, it contains princess Diana’s books, this is a fraudulent company. When I contacted them, they were dismissive and blaming the charity. They are the biggest scammers, these people have no shame, I will be contacting my bank and trading standard agency, now that I have seen so many bad reviews, I now know, they are a fraudulent company, please don’t buy anything from this company, rude, dismissive and disrespectful, when I contact the person who answered the phone call Emma, she asked me to go back to the country I came from and try to insult me, this is how low they are

No words for this…

I´ve ordered £264.97 in 21st May 2023. After several emails with crazy excuses and delays I decided to ask for refund. In 10th August I’ve received it… Pure madness!!
DON'T buy anything from them!

Order with Medema to lose your money.

I ordered a spay kit online and asked for a delivery date. After 2 weeks of trying to make contact I finally heard back from a rude person who lied about what was in the order confirmation email. To date no spay kit, no communication. This was a purchase for an animal welfare NGO and these funds are so hard to raise. Shame on this company. I wish I had read these reviews first.

avoid!

I ordered face masks in April 20. Did not received any email and not my order. I emailed several times to get my order or a refund. In last email in June 20 they said the refund takes 7 days. Still waiting for the refund after a year.

Terrible company - avoid at all costs!

ordered products online and paid - after 15 emails, 5 deadlines and several phone calls, no product was ever delivered and no refund was ever made. These two people - Annalee and Rene are both very rude, putting the phone down on you and/or just ignoring emails. I have reported them to Action Fraud - ActionFraud is the UK's national fraud and internet crime reporting centre. Avoid at ALL costs !

Customer Service was very good

I received goods that had been damaged in transit.

The process of receiving new goods and the return policy was out standing. Customer service made it swift and easy and I received new goods within two days and I was refunded for the freight cost. Thank you Medema for a super service

Vet instruments with quick delivery

Purchased vet instruments and some first aid kits, The vet instruments arrived the very next day but had to wait 4 days for the kits. They did keep me informed though and I will use them again

Do not trust them

I was ordered an item from Medema and was waiting for 3 weeks. I was calling them many times, but did not get my package. I asked them a refund, but they did not give. I used a Paypal service, so it was big advantage to me. I opened a dispute and couple days time a seller gave me a refund. I can confirm customer service very poor, always answered an old man, difficult to understand what even he is talking. My advice DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! THIS IS FRAUD

Don't buy with this company

Four weeks ago i ordered with this company. I received an order confirmation, but after 2 weeks i still didn't receive my package. I live in the Netherlands, so thought it was just taking a little longer. Since then i send 4 emails, asking for the status of my order, but no response. I contacted them by phone, spoke to a very grumpy man who said he didn't need a order reference, but only needed my last name.....strange. He could not give me an answer right away i guess, cause he just said 'bye' and hung up. No excuses, nothing. I assumed that he was going to check and would call me back or send an email. But no response, again! Then is send my last email asking for the status and said if they would not respond that day, i would contact paypal (fortunately i paid with paypal) and get my money back. By the end of the day, still no response. I now started a paypal claim. I will never order from this company again.

Super Quick Delivery

I ordered travel nebuliser. The item was needed urgently and I was very happy with the service as the item arrived with courier the next day and all relevant paper work was in the box such as VAT exempt form and Invoice receipt

I also receive the VAT amount back within days

I recommend this company based on my experience

Utter Rubbish

We are disgusted with this company. They trade as Medema t/a Omega. We ordered a fridge from them in October. Cancelled it 2 weeks later when it still wasnt in stock and we are still waiting for a refund. They lie to us and are very rude. We are now having to take them to court. I have just tried to ring them again and ask for accounts department (which I dont think exists as I think there are only Emily and Rene who work there and customer service is non exstent. Do not, whatever you do, buy something from this so called company. They are a complete joke I didnt want to put any stars on but it wont let me not do.

I ordred a Doctors Bag from this company and it arrived the following day

It was a small scratch on the side , I called the customer service up and they were very helpful . They arraged to pick up the bag and I received a new bag the following day . Very happy with the service

I think they are a fraud

I ordered 4 items from them - i received 3 items (after calling them multiple time and after about 3 weeks), they said that the 4th item will follow soon - over a month has passed and i still have not received it. I have been calling every week, they can never give you an answer and they always promise they will get back yet they never do.
Now they said that item was out of stock and they will refund me - yet more thna 2 weeks passed and no refund yet.

Do not buy from these please or you will lose your money

POOR RESPONSE-NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have ordered a stethoscope from Madema in December 2009 and in January 5th enquire about the delivery of the parcel (Which normally takes 2 days =from the website) . Tried to ring all the different departments from the IVR phone system and the same person always answer the phone and place me on hold for 5 - 10 minutes and have to redial to speak to the same person again, there is no customers service or any help from Medema Ltd. I was told the parcel was lost by the courier and they will send another, week later phone to check on the progress and again was told there is no stock after confirming they have sent the parcel. Then moved on to options for refunding the £137, was told the normal refund of any product will take 28 days - 28 days later and still no one responded???? Do you want to deal with these guys ???????
