What an amazing service! Mogs and Leanne were the lovely drivers that drove my dad Gerald Lonsdale home from Worthing hospital and they made such a long journey lots of fun for him, making him laugh and really enjoy the trip. They work so hard into the night, in fact all night long, what an underrated wonderful service with such fabulous girls! Thankyou lovely ladies you’re doing a brilliant job!

my family used a Medi4 ambulance to transport my parents over 300 miles to their new home after my dad broke his hip and a car journey became impossible.
Hazel and Ollie went over and above ensuring they were comfortable and helping them to change position when needed ( dad was on a stretcher) and accompanying mum to the toilet at a service stop.
Linda in admin was a marvellous support in the planning stages and made the whole process as painless as possible.

I have had to accept using Medi 4 to transport my bedridden frail wife on discharge from hospital on two very recent occasions:
On the first occasion the employees ( I refuse to call them medics, more like removal people) they refused to allow me one minute to place a special slide sheet on the hospital bed before they transferred her from their stretcher onto her bed.
The more recent experience was so much worse.
My wife was formally discharged from the hospital around 2.30 pm but despite my requesting that she be transposed home by 5.30pm (some 3 hours later) she was actually deposited home after 8pm (almost 6 hours later) and worse even than that, they had allowed her frail knee to come in contact with a wall or other
rough surface so that she sustained an injury that broke and damaged the skin on her right knee.
Totally incompetent.

Transported and supported my mum on a journey of almost 300 miles from her home to a care home. Kind, considerate and knowledgable, the team that accompanied her were amazing and we were so grateful for their part in making this huge move for mum so gentle. Mum arrived calm, comfortable and well cared for.

Today I have used your service to transport my Mum from Lincolnshire to Stoke.
Every aspect of the service I received was amazing. From first contact with Linda to the service today from Hazel and Hiedi. You have brilliant staff. They were all a pleasure to deal with and made the whole day a more pleasant experience.

We located my father in law from Slough to Yorkshire and we used this service. From booking to my father in law arriving it was a seamless service. Kate Jones from Dispatch and Scheduling just amazing. The Ambulance crew Ella and forgive me the other lady were very professional. I was kept informed of the progress throughout the journey, their kindness, care and compassion was above the call of duty. he was really well looked after. We cannot thank them enough, he is now near his family in the care home and we are very grateful. i would highly recommend this service if you need and private ambulance transport. Thank you

picked you up on time? all went well? try working for them, 16 hour shifts, lowest pay, not paid for hours of work overtime....oh, medi4 is without doubt, the worst Company in the world, check out the staff turnover, worse than Amazon. not a chance, good luck on your 5am start, no ambulance, no back up and faulty equipment....break ya leg and off you go.......worst job ever. worst!!!!!

I would like to say a .massive thank you to Ross Clynes and John Sharp for the amazing support and help I received from them yesterday. They went above and beyond their duties for a member of the public in need whilst on standby/break at Southampton General hospital. Their kindnes and caring nature is a real credit to Medi 4 ambulance service.
