I'm a teacher and filmora has been of great help when making educational videos. It's easy to use and full of cool features. But what I've enjoyed the most is the customer support. Everytime I've needed something, the filmora team has been there to resolve it or at least explain it. It's been such a good experience that now my brother, who is a scuba diver, is now using it to produce his own. GREAT PRODUCT, OUTSTANDING SERVICE!

After upgrading to Windows 11, iTube disappeared from my computer. I tried to reinstall it from the original link that I got when I originally purchased the program, but I kept getting an error message that I could not download the file due to possible virus. I emailed customer service, they quickly sent me a new link, and the program reinstalled perfectly. Great customer service.

Well, it took some doing (this is material that I've been meaning to learn for quite some time), BUT IT'S WORTH IT.

Having both Filmora 11 and Uniconverter 14 (lifetime is the most economical per the long run), it now allows me to personally capture online videos (for personal editing and storage [classic TV, music, etc.]).

Of course, you really have to learn this sort of thing BY DOING (for one-on-one walkthrough help, best bet is to email Wondershare your needs, and they'll usually get back to you in the next day or so).

It's rather like learning how to swim (or ride a two-wheel bike, read/play music, etc.).

Trial and error, YOU LEARN BY DOING.

Really good costumer service. They solved my problem quickly. The Livechat disconnected and they continued by e-mail. The person who I talked to was very nice and professional.

A year after purchase I had lost track of my product key due to a hardware upgrade. Customer service at Wondershare sent it to me lightning quick after I submitted a request online and had me back up and running at work. I delivered my work on time due to their diligence.

As a professional actor, editing tools are totally vital for me. When the upgraded version kept crashing, your support team helped to reinstate my previous version which functioned well. I can't praise them enough. Saved my job and my sanity!!! Thanks

I've used many editors, and besides the behemoths like adobe premiere and aftereffects I was looking for a fast program with the right 'updated' transitions, effects and functionality we need today for fast editing. Filmora is this one. It has still some flaws, but when i spoke them about, they followed it up like never seen before. I predict, that if they push trough, like they do now...we gonna see this name a lot more! I'm very happy with this find and intrigued with what they will come up next for this program!

Poor user experience. Software does not deliver quality results as expected. Highly disappointed.

It takes forever to load when it gets to 50%, when it gets to 98%, it just stops working the process.

I like this program because it's easy to use and user-friendly. It is also cheaper than other applications and programs. When I had a technical problem with the program, I immediately emailed customer service, and Zoey did a great job assisting me with my concern! At first, I was frustrated with what happened, but she helped me a lot and being very understanding. Thank you! Definitely a good program to a beginner and freelancers like me.

I originally moved to Filmora as I was getting increasingly frustrated by the limitations of iMovie, but found all the alternatives to be way too expensive or complicated.
Nevertheless, I still had occasional issues with Wondershare Filmora, for example that I could not figure out how to use some features, or, more recently, the app's management of HDR. In all cases the developer replied within less than 24 hours (impressive, especially considering that I live in a country that is virtually on the opposite side of the world to their company). They seem to be genuinely interested in improving their software and assisting their users, unlike so many huge, established software houses that seem to have grown to big to care about individual users.
The large online community (on YouTube) is also a great help for tips and new ideas on how to get the most out of the software.
Definitely worth a try for both the beginner and advanced videographer!
