Total unzuverlässig!!!

Total unzuverlässig!!! Ich habe Portable Loudspeakers am 28.8.2018 gekauft (Bestellnummer 2711) und mehr als ein Monat später gar nichts bekommen. Die Lieferung sollte in 4-7 Tage kommen, was für eine Lüge! Und ich kriege kein Geld zurück...
I’m still waiting to get my momey back or my delivery, paid on 28.8.18
I haven’t got any solutions and it’s been over a month, investing so much time and energy calling their help line daily, only to hear new lies... The help line is useless and manipulative, sending the same automated e-mail everyday, apologizing for the problem but offering no solution. Mediaconnex is a dishonest and not a serious company. Please don’t make my same mistake, do not trust them with your money. Never ever buying here again!
