I originally rated them as 1 star…

I originally rated them as 1 star because it stopped working as soon as I bought it. What changed my mind was their support desk that replied quickly and with a real fix. Thank you. I have been using the product since and it has been working fine. Not only that, but thanks to them I realise the problem was a Youtube update and so I am now prepared when it happens again

I tried the free version. It worked great. So I bought and it has stopped working. Don't waste your money on this rubbish

First of all, thank you for your purchase.
However, you purchased the product at an unfortunate time. Several supported sites made major changes to their sites and the program stopped working with them. This happens from time to time and we usually release a fix within a day, even on weekends. You have emailed us in support and I have given you the options to fix this problem.

Does what is says on the Tin

I like all of MediaHuman tools The U tube downloader and this mp3 converter Its Fast has a lot of options which I like and it is Free there are some priced add ons but the basic program is free and works with no adds watermarks limed numbers etc.
