Disappointment
I purchased and paid for 3 items online (washing machine, dryer, dischwasher). All in attractive price. It was not all ready to be dispatched (it was not all stored) so I agreed to wait to all be deliver at once. Two weeks later I received email about one of the products (Bosch dryer) being sold out and I found the very same with +300 EUR price and different articel number and even after speaking with help desk they said "sorry". Very unprofessional.

Diffucult to buy JUST a laptop
I was forced to pay extra for a service I don’t need and an “updated Windows” even though I said my intention is to not use Windows and install Linux on this particular laptop.
