The cashier person was rude
The cashier person was extremely unfriendly and very very rude. She has an unprofessional attitude with the customer. I wanted to return everything that I bought back to the shop. But then I let it be because I thought it’s not worth it but I had an extremely bad feeling from that female cashier. I still have my receipt and if I can, I want to make a report about her. Her behavior with the customer is really really rude!

I have ordered a dyson hairdryer from media markt, but refund was not granted within the 14day period. What I don’t get is why do they have the option on the return slip that says ‘nicht gefallt’ when a product has to be tried out to determine if it as great as advertised? This option should be omitted.

Made an online purchase, they took my money, but I never got the package. No help was offered to fix the situation.
UPDATE: your “help” consisted of you telling me it wasn’t your responsibility since the package was marked as delivered. Well, it wasn’t delivered, at least not to me. Who you choose to work with to deliver your packages, that’s a part of costumer service too. And yours is disgraceful.

In your normal days, there should be cheaper prices for mobiles. You can do it, but I am not completely satisfied with the prices, and even on Black Friday there were no good offers at all. Basically, I got an iPhone 14 for 633 euros, and this is not a good offer for me. This makes it difficult for me next time if I want to renew my mobile. I hope that refugees or people with limited income will have special treatment or cards because we love your products. Thank you.

Dysfunctional Company
Horrible experience. Ordered a TV. Received a call about scheduling a date and time for delivery. Received an email confirmation of said date and time. Order never arrived. Customer service is rude and has no compassion for customers who have wasted their time waiting around, not to mention they don't propose adequate resolutions and simply give excuse after excuse. Every agent I spoke with had a different story about what happened and couldn't help. I will cancel my order and request a refund because it's easier purchasing the product another way rather than deal with this dysfunctional company.
