Recently I bought a dryer machine and the sales person did not select the free installation option because of which I had to request and pay additional amount to the deliver person.
Normally installation is free but the sales person seems to be unaware of this option and missed to select it while creating the invoice at Mediamarkt.

Customer service hang up on me because said couldn't help more
The only good thing - did not need to wait long, call was immediately connected to the customer service. I did not receive my order from 26 JUNE, neither received the money. Online form doesn't work, neither I can add the order to my profile.
Overall, horrible customer service, managed to reach via call. Lady half helped saying that will send to their finance because she cannot find my order at all. Also send smth to my email, but I never received, lady did not want to wait on the line for me to send additional requested info back, because she couldn't find an order (I have order number, I have email, I have everything lol but she couldn't find it). Then she hanged up on me. Wow, what kind of customer service is that?
