Mediaspa Ecommerce: Lack of expertise or profesionalism?

UPDATE: After this review and a big meeting, they completely changed the attitude and worked to fix all technical problems in a very polite and nice way. I like companies that listen to the clients and provide good customer service.

We have been working with this Mediaspa Ecommerce agency In White Plains NY for over 6 months, we are still facing basic technical problems in our website like page load speed, no minification whatsoever, Google Analytics code not being properly implemented,we do not have real information of our sales from analytics, Google was indexing our staging site because they left the robots.txt completely open, not integration with our Social, Media account, poor or non existent SEO recommendations, they forget that we scheduled a call for 3 times, not following up on important issues, not replying emails about major problems in the website, not offering solutions.

I am not sure if Mediaspa Ecommerce agency do not have the expertise and the technical knowledge to make an ecommerce successful or they are not very good professionals.

I won't recommend working with them for Ecommerce
