The website was easy to navigate, I found the product I was looking for quickly and the payment process was straightforward. The product was dispatched and delivered promptly, and I recieved it 2 - 3 days after ordering.

hoy sycophantic does that sound . Really though its true. We've worked with mediaspec since last century and they have always always delivered. Ten bob or ten grand you get the same level of care and interest. They are not just box pushers

Quick, efficient, knowledgable and with competitive pricing (prepared to negotiate.) Whether "off the shelf" or bespoke you will find, through repeat custom, that Mediaspec are not a discount warehouse and do care about the solution they provide. Their attention to detail is second to none.

I have had dealings with Mediaspec for nearly 10 years now and frankly I've never thought about going elsewhere. Their service and general helpfulness is second to none and their ability to problem solve is overwhelming at times. Everyone within the company is friendly and knowledgeable and they are leaders in their field.

Everything was great from the obtaining of a new student number to getting the order in and receiving the item surprisingly the next day!

Having been in the Audio Post Production industry for over 53 years, I've never come across a company that performs in such a friendly, competitive, efficient manner, every time you get in touch. Who ever it is that answers the phone right up to Eric, whether your a big investor or an enthusiastic professional individual, they always go the extra mile and treat you like family.
I just can't fault them, it's so rare these days to find this attitude and very refreshing when you do.

I ordered a Pro Tools 9 crossgrade and iLok 2 with a Pro Tools student discount from Mediaspec and was very satisfied with the service I received.

After making my order online, I received a phone call the following day to check my details, for some reason which I cannot remember and the lady was polite, friendly and helpful.

My order arrived promptly, as desired and with both parts packaged as one, preventing either from being lost in the post. All around good service and the student discount is quite substantial.

Just up - graded my software for Pro Tools. Usually a tricky business but was all sorted by the lovely people at Mediaspec!

Mediaspec have a reputation for selling equipment to people rather than their credit cards, and I was really struck by how much this was true. They sought to provide me with the technology that suited my needs and budget - what's more, they were prepared to provide me with support if I was unsure how to make it do what I wanted. These guys make technology human and give me the reassurance that I'm buying the right kit at the right price, and that I'll have that human touch to keep me right if I need help. From my experience in the industry, there are very few companies that you can say that about. First rate!
