Im sorry to read you felt 'out of hours response not always good' I am happy to inform you we have recently recruited additional staff for our out of hours team. The increased capacity will assist with communication/response/queries, we appreciate out of hours can get very busy therefore we feel additional out of hours consultants can help address this.
I'm also disappointed to read you feel 'staff admin support is poor' There are different approaches we can take to address this please contact the office and ask to speak to management, we can also discuss possible staff training - which is also covered on our website.
