Terrible company. We advertised our lab equipment with…

We advertised our lab equipment with them for a few years. Although we would receive a lot of leads, none of these leads ever turned into sales, and customers rarely replied with any genuine interest. I think they have a flawed system, and money spent on advertising on this platform is not worth it.
We received an automatic renewal this year, I tried to cancel and they threw a hissy fit threatening legal action. Medical Expo/Industry Expo seems to be very desperate for business and are not at all pleasant to work with. I recommend avoiding them.

Awful web site

Awful web site. If you make an enquiry for a quotation to one of their listed suppliers (who never responded anyway), they add you to their mailing list and you can only 'unsubscribe' from it by creating a log in and signing up for their service and I refuse to sign up to a web site I have no interest in using, which has not proven useful just to stop being spammed. I contacted MedicalExpo In February to ask them to remove me from their mailing list but they ignored me.
