I'm sorry about the mix-up and delay to your course on Saturday morning. We sent you an apology email on Monday which I can see you haven't opened as yet. It shouldn't have happened. The start definitely fell below our usual standards and we've discussed how to avoid any repetition within our team.

My trainer was not encouraging and during the interview did not even allow me to complete the interview that was part of the course..................

Useful session, but hoped for more. The session was good, and I felt the facilitator was also good. I especially enjoyed each person asking a question of their peer and then marking them afterwards. A longer discussion around how to answer questions at the interview before we went into mocks would have been better. I would have preferred if there were also additional model or example answers given. Furthermore, we were provided with a PDF document in lieu of a textbook interview guide. I would have preferred the hard copy, especially since the PDF is non-downloadable. I find that the excuse of COVID-19 meaning they cannot send a book out to be inadequate and reeks of opportunistic cost savings.

I'm sorry to hear that you feel that way about the supply of the book. We have run courses for hundreds of doctors in different subjects under current lockdown conditions where we are working remotely away from our office and storeroom. We have therefore provided all delegates with interactive PDF versions of our books which the vast majority have been happy with. We believe we made the right choice in that matter and clearly state that this is our way of working on our website where doctors book their courses. We realise some people prefer a print copy and will be happy to send you one once we resume supply.
It's good to hear that you enjoyed your session and your positive comments about our tutor who facilitated your course. We wish you well with you interview when the time comes.

Course book is quite good but practice itself is not sufficient . It need proper format. As I was not happy with very little practice as compared to payment .
