Breast reduction went really well, all three days in hospital spend - nurses are checking you all the time, every 30-40min, they were really nice to me same as the doctor.
I’m very happy about the dishes taste as well, pretyy good as for hospital. If you ask anything everything is answered, also coordinator is supporting you all ways.

I had always wanted to help fulfil my wife’s dream of having a mommy makeover. The prices in the UK for this were far too expensive and we looked abroad to see if this could be something we could make a reality.

After looking at several hospitals and discussing our requirements, we believe we made the right call by going through with Medical Park. Sajeel Murad, had a large role to play in this decision. His communication and English is excellent which meant we were confident that our enquiries were being dealt with appropriately.

Sajeel’s reassurance and professionalism didn’t stop there, even while my wife was in Turkey he continued his ongoing support and with his colleague Mahmut, the translator, ensured that my wife was looked after from start to finish. Their team work reminded me of Batman and Robin (I’ll let them decide who is who)😊

I didn’t have any interactions with the healthcare team but my wife was praising them all. She felt looked after there, before, during and after the surgery.

For many years I had been contemplating having surgery after having my children. I wanted it to improve my quality of life and I wanted a natural restoration to my pre-pregnancy body (mommy makeover).

Having been let down by another hospital that we had made arrangements with months prior, Medical Park’s consultant Sajeel Murad made the process seamless. He was quick to reply, verify and get information back to us. Always courteous, excellent spoken and written English (this was very important for us) and prompt with replies. Sajeel went above and beyond what was expected of him. My husband had found Medical Park listed on the UK government website which meant that it held some authority compared to those that were not listed (although their disclaimer states the list is for information only).

Sajeel called to discuss what I was looking for. I explained that I had already booked to come to another hospital in Turkey however was let down by this hospital because the surgeon cancelled just 2 weeks prior to my surgery date. My husband had already booked time off work and we had arranged my recovery around the kids half term so that I did not have to drive and could rest and recover properly. Sajeel took this in his stride and set to work and said he would do his best to accommodate but never made any false promises. He stayed up late most nights (because of our time difference) to make sure I was communicated with throughout making sure I was happy with and understood who my surgeon was (Prof. Dr. Yakup Cil and his assistance Hafsa) as well as the preliminary surgery plans (mommy-makeover - breast uplift, tummy tuck, 4 areas liposuction).

Sajeel then quickly helped plan the logistics of the flights, timing of arrival, surgery date and recovery plan including a 24-hour translator (Mahmut).

From the night of arrival, I spoke to Mahmut who translated to the drivers collecting me and then met him in person the next morning at the consultation.

Sajeel worked hard throughout my stay to make sure I was looked after. He communicated back and forth in between the planning teams, health professionals, translators and was available throughout my stay despite having 100's of other cases he was managing.

Surgery went ahead as planned. The consultant Dr Yakub cil was excellent at communicating and was such a lovely caring doctor. He checked on me every day at the hospital and explained the plan of recovery. At the hospital I had 24 hour care from the staff including the health professionals to the entire team at Medical Park. I can't rate them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get any medical treatment out there.

I have to say I was very fortunate to have had an incredibly hard working, knowledgeable medical consultant like Sajeel handling my case and alongside a very professional, hard working translator mahmut who both went above and beyond for me. They made sure my treatment, recovery and stay in Turkey ran smoothly.

Both Sajeel and Mahmut are an absolute credit to the team at Medical Park. Due to their sheer hard work, I have left with the surgery I wanted and come home safe and sound to my family. Very happy indeed!

I had a rhinoplasty surgery here in January. Their staff were friendly and helpful, but, the quality of the surgery was super disappointing. My nose needs another rhinoplasty surgery which I can not do again. I regret writing this comment, but I think this is my right and is important to share my experience.

This hospital has got to be the worst company I have ever dealt with ! After surgery I was unhappy and tried to resolve it. Over 300 whatsapp messages, emails, phone calls STILL they haven’t bothered to contact me

I had a tummy tuck with liposuction and breast lift a week ago. I am incredibly thankful that I chose Medical Park as both the doctors and the staff really took great care of me. I was very happy and grateful that Razah supported me with all the organization and planning and accompanied me through the process.

Everything was perfect - from accommodation, international team to doctors and staff. Amazing hospitality. Prof.Dr.Samet Yardımcı was very competent, calm, with sense of humor. Great work to everyone.

From day one I have been in contact with Mr Adib Zeer who organised everything for me. Then came Mr Muhammet who was my coordinator and he arranged and explain everything from start to finish.

The experience at Medical Park was great. The doctor and the team were fantastic and the service provided to me was of high quality. The Hair Transplant treatment went smooth and even the follow up meeting to understand medication and feet care was excellent.

To compare : First transplant with swedish Clinic , now a year later second transplant.

arrival : Much better organised this time, the driver was on time !
transport : not nice , a bus for 15 people while the first time was luxurious transport in a mercedes vito with business seats.

hotel : an approval to the first time , had the opportunity to pay extra for an upgrade room but as i was not there to stay in the hotel i didn't take that. the normal room in Titanic was luxurious, breakfast too much to choose from the buffet.
eating at the hotel is good and payable, buffet or from the card.
what a minus point would be is the situation of the hotel, there is nothing close by in walking distance.

First day i get a bloodtest, nice was a real clinic while the first was in an office like building.
nice was nobody asking for money until the second day, the day of the operation, while with the first transplant this was the first that they asked.
also it was possible to pay a part by visacard.

A minus point would be : Who the hell is all these people when i did payment, for me it feld like i was in a bad movie with the mafia at the desk sitting and i need to pay. this didn't make me feel good.
Then i go to the operating room where i got the transplant, first a bit anastetic with a special pen, and then the real anastetic. painless ? bwaaaa no is not true, you feel the neeldles but it bearable , like last year i was crying from the pain. here i had to say ai but that was just a few moments.
and then they started. i think the doctor removed the grafts because i don't see who did this.
i got a lunch and then they started to implant, a nice pretty girl did this, but that was not the doctor, didn't see him no more.
now that i write this a week is past and i need to say, hygenic is a bigg plus here, last year no
for the moment it feels like ants is walking over my head . but tapping in feels like a monchici from 1980 :-)
first year i got 5 tablets : for pain, inflamation, ...
this time i got 8 boxes with tablets for 10 days

first year i had many problems from the anestetic baggy eyes, many pimpels, sores,....
this time for the moment i didn't have no problems

what a minus could be, last year if i asked the driver to drop me at the mall, no problem.
this bus don't wanna do that or they ask 10 times as much as a taxi would cost you.
but tja , your using them for the transplant operation and that i'm for the moment very positive about.

didn't get a certificate as waranty but tja what is a paper.
let's see if i have a problem if they answer.
the ones from last year didn't respond no more when i asked for the second transplant :-)

Hello!My name is Dhrub Kumar Yadav. I am 23 years old, doing my masters in Germany. Its tough task to deal with a hair loss at so early age. So I was always finding out some cheap and best Hair Transplantation. And going through the advertisement where i got the link of Medical park and filled up the details to have more descriptive information about hair transplant. Thats when Ms. Nour contacted me back and explained everything. Even though i was hesitant in the beginning but eventually thought to have faith and give it a try. All thanks to Ms. Nour again for being so clear about the information i seeked for. She guided me with everything and everytime till i reach Medical park. Hospitality was great. Doctors were kind and generous. Transplant was done by doctor Mustafa. The process i went through was FUE( supposed to be painless). That was indeed painless but still painful (bearable 😉). As i had exam coming up sooner, i have asked Ms Nour to plan me things to be quicker and so she did. I returned back home just after 3 nights and 2 days . But to take care of everything, i am being followed upon for all the weekly updates by team of doctors which includes ms. Nour as well. I am writing this review on my 15th day of Transplant. Everything seems to be fine till now. And hoping for the best. Miss Nour keeps checking upon me for every progress. I want to thank her for everything and expecting her help throughout. One name i should not forget to mention is Mr. Mahmood. He was very good too. My experience of Hair Transplant at medical park was good. Will consider it best if the result comes to be as expected...lets see.. its long time to go (may be 6 to 8 months 🤞).

Terrible poor experience. Lack of care and no fix price . Treatment was by is Devrim Sakallı Çakçak .Overcharged me due to language barrier. Insisting I paid cash . Please do research before coming here . I was in agony , I had microneedle with radio frequency. Do not come for cosmetics .I paid more than £1200 for one session which in uk is 4 sessions . They will not reply to my complaint and they do not offer any aftercare they lie .couldn’t even explain the procedure and translator walked away when needed. People beside me was paying less than £200. They played me silly just bcoz their currency . Be aware pls do research . Not a place for cosmetics .!!!!

I made my Hollywood smile in turkey and especially in the Medical park hospitals after I was lost by contacting too many clinics over there , but one of my friends referred me to the Medical park hospitals in turkey at first I though they are a normal clinics but what I saw it was a group of 29 hospitals not clinics they are very professional I got my Hollywood smile there after I have contacted Mr. Razah derbas the medical advisor who was really helpful I trusted him and came he didn't leave me he went with me through all the process as the doctor is very professional the only thing is that there was little crowded but everything is organized and I understood that quality talks 👌

And who said that there is no high professional hospitals in turkey, I just got back from turkey and I made the 4 eyelids + vsser liposuction and a BBL and the results are fantastic for my body I didn't realize that I will have these results, there services, treatments the doctors and staff are friendly and helpful, I do advice everyone to go there they are a hospital bot a clinc and thanks to Mr. RAZAH my saver he was very honest and guided me through all the process he even explained the details of the operation and it was the same as the doctor said, thank you Medical park for this wonderful experience I will always come back to you ❤️

I wanted to write this review for women thinking of going to Istanbul and are nervous as I was when I went the beginning of this year 2023. After a lot of research I found MAHMOUD of MLP CARE and he put me at ease immediately and never pushed me into making a decision which I really appreciated. I went to do blepharoplasty (eye surgery top and bottom) and bottom small face lift. Everything from the time I arrived at the airport was straight forward and very well organised. When I arrived at the hospital I met Linda who was so king the whole day when she took me for all the tests needed for the operation the next day. My surgeon was Dr Yakup who was very understanding about me being nervous especially when I went into surgery, he made sure I knew he was there and continually made me feel relaxed. After 2 months I am looking after the area as I understand it will take some time it is normal, but I have eyelids again and so happy when putting on makeup. I know that in 2 more months it will look amazing. Mahmoud is in constant contact with me and has been there every time I have had a question, he sends me messages often to see how I am doing and has given me his best care. I will definitely be going back again as I know next time what to expect and know I will be in excellent care. I cant thank Mahmoud enough for all his care and attention, he will choose the surgeon for your operation. The hospital Medical Park was amazing, it is a lovely hospital and they give you the best care. :))))) happy me :))

My name is Valery. I was advised to come to Medical Park clinic by an acquaintance, whose son (6 years old) was treated at the clinic 4 years ago for oncology. The treatment was successful, the boy is absolutely healthy.
I was treated by Dr. Emrah Dilaver at Medical Park clinic for the removal of a congenital defect in the structure of the upper jaw. After I wrote to the clinic's email, the manager Sajeel Murad contacted me and provided all the necessary information for further treatment at the clinic. I recieved the letter about the possibility of a surgical treatment. The clinic provided me with a free shuttle from the bus station, as well as free translation services. Within two days all the necessary examinations and tests were done. They also made a treatment plan for me to achieve the best results. I was given a room with all conveniences and three meals a day. My wife was also allowed to stay in the room with me to help me. The nurses and attendants were very attentive. My doctor came several times after the surgery with an interpreter. He told me how the operation was and gave me some recommendations for my future. Being in the clinic Medical Park, I met a lot of visitors from all over the world with different problems. I will recommend this clinic to my friends and relatives.
