I asked 3 times, “When will the first payment start? Answer: January 3rd, 2025.

All evening long, it felt Wrong. The next day, around noon, I emailed and was told it would come out of my today or tomorrow! Yikes! I had less than $45 in my account!

I scraped together $130 from money I had been adding to and saving for months and the last of my Social Security money for the month and rushed down and deposited it.

Sadly, the premium withdrawal was tried at 7:18 am!

Immediately, when I got home, I called my new Healthcare provider and explained what happened.

The rejected premium withdrawal had not shown up in their system. Their understanding employee, put a note on my account to try again. Which, Still has Not been withdrawn from my account. I’m still in limbo.

Plus, the agent told me my address Medicare has is a 2 1/2 year old address, especially, since, 2 years ago, it took me calling SS 3 times before Medicare’s system changed it.

Therefore, All my medical paperwork Will go to Eugene and not to me in Portland!

On 12/6, I spent 6hrs and 42 minutes on hold with Social Security to find out that they both have my Portland address. I have no idea what the agent was looking at to not see my 2 1/2 old address in the system.

The agent was very friendly when we were filling out the application, but, then his emails have no names, very short and impersonal.

Such a Shame. Such a Mess.

I was very fearful of diving into the world of medicare. To me it was like I only spoke English and medicare was a foreign language. After speaking to a good many people, Medicare Nationwide came across as the most highly recommended. I was referred to Mr. Jackson and he worked me through my fears, got me connected with good/reasonable coverage and I feel very comfortable with where things stand. Eric was incredibly responsive when I needed to make a decision on a Medicare plan on short notice. He shared his knowledge of the industry and machinations of Medicare supplement plans knowing there was no guarantee that I would use him as my broker. Of course, I asked him to help me sign up for a policy and will continue to work with Eric and his team.

Definitely the place to call to get help with a plan to fit your medical needs. I thought it was spam mail at first but I was proved wrong.

Health Insurance changes…Oh no!!!!!!!!!

After ignoring an initial thick envelope thinking it was junk mail, I received more paperwork from my Medicare insurance company. Reading through all of the fine print became overwhelming as it seemed more legalese loop-holes. What to do??????

Insurance is necessary and important at the moment one truly needs the assistance.

Seven phone conversations and much time spent with different agents within the company, later, I grew more frustrated. Each agent’s answer seemed scripted probably because they, too, were not privy to the company’s intentions. As a consumer, I will not simply sign on a doted line without due diligence research.

Googling more on the internet, one site was consistent: Medicare Nationwide.
The videos by Eric Rosenberg are informative. I telephoned the phone number listed and set an appointment. In fact, Eric responded by text within minutes along with a longer phone conversation. He listened to my confusion then took the time to respond with insightful information. Without pressure nor hyping one brand over another, Eric guided me through the insurance maze to the point where I felt comfortable with my own decision.

Medicare Nationwide offers a menu of advice in in healthcare as well as other financial services. Absolutely talk with them!
