All round impressive

The online app is very straightforward in submitting claims and supporting documentation, and payments are made promptly. The staff are also polite, helpful and informative, should you need to speak with them.

Many receipts are not accepted

Many receipts are not accepted. I have been turned down for dental and prescription receipts. EAP seems to be taking a long time. Check your junk mail if you claim as all mail from them goes to junk.

I’ve been with Medicash since 1997

I’ve been with Medicash since 1997. There have been many times that I’ve not used it for a number of months, not had any treatments. It would be a recommendation that if no claims are made (for example say 6 months) that a % of the premiums were refunded to customers just as a gesture of goodwill especially at this time of when everything is going up in cost
