Dr Dondos referred me to Dr Sepi for a PDO thread treatment to address sagging jowls and lift, tighten and contour my face and neck areas. I can honestly say the results have been totally transforming! Dr Sepi has revealed a bone structure I haven't seen for a very long time and has achieved results beyond my wildest expectations. I look and feel 10 years younger - I can't recommend this treatment highly enough. It's a face lift without the surgery!

I am so thrilled with the results of my treatment. I had facial fillers done by Dr Dondos and her work is amazing. For the first time in a long time I like what I see in the mirror and I am enjoying seeing photos of myself again. The work is very natural looking and Dr Dondos and the front of house team were lovely, putting me at ease during my visit.

Dr Dondos always start our appointment by asking me : "What do you like about Botox?" and I love that she asks this because not all of us want the same results ! what I personally am after is a natural look : I can move my face, the winkles are smoothed and I look like I had a holiday and slept for hours !! I like to combine Botox and HydraFacials. Lenka Micenkova does them, again my skin is brighter, pores tighter, complexion is even. Love Love Love

Dr Dondos is awesome. Everything you want from a doctor in this scenario, warm, professional and extremely experienced. She told me what I do need to have done, what I don’t need and she was absolutely correct across the board. End result had taken years off me I have been complimented constantly yet nobody can quite pinpoint why. Even my sister had to have the work specifically pointed out. After which she demanded Dr D’s number.

I cannot recommend Medicetics and especially Dr Vicky Dondos highly enough. I have rosacea and have been seeing her for treatments for this for 5 years now and can honestly say I never thought it would be as well controlled as it is - its barely visible to the extent that I no longer wear foundation - tinted moisturiser is enough. When considering botox and fillers Vicky is a master, seeing you as a whole picture not just a wrinkle that needs fixing - I wouldn't trust anyone else!

From the initial call for a consultation to the treatment and aftercare visit, I couldn't have been in safer, more knowledgeable hands. The ladies on the front desk are friendly and put you at ease. After taking pictures, you are taken down for your consultation with Dr Agnieszka Zatonska, Dr Aggie. Dr Aggie immediately puts you at ease, explaining the procedure, downtime, aftercare, if you are suitable for it and ultimately the results you can expect. After agreeing to proceed, the cost was discussed and the treatment booked. On treatment day, you are so well looked after by the ladies upstairs, who check on you every 15 minutes whilst the anaesthetic cream takes effect for an hour. The treatment itself, is relatively painless, like a quick jab with a pin - not as bad as waxing!! - and Dr Aggie stops regularly to make sure you are coping. Makeup is applied afterward (you are given the same one to take home) and I even braved the train home with no one staring. The aftercare was explained (slight swelling for a few days under the eyes and the healing of the plasma "dots" all over your eyelid) and sticking to instructions given, all went to plan and the dots/scabs come off. After a follow-up 4 weeks later, Dr Aggie was delighted with the results too. I have eye lids again and it is a joy to put on eye makeup properly! I can't recommend Dr Aggie, the Plasma IQ treatment and Medicetics (both the clinic and lovely staff) more highly. Five stars all round!

I had a mole removal procedure at Medicetics in July with Dr. Agnieszka Zatonska at the Connaught Street Clinic. I was extremely impressed by the level of service I received from start to finish. The lovely ladies at the front desk booked me in at the earliest vacancy following my consultation. Dr. Zatonska eased my concerns and performed the procedure with minimal scarring. Efficient, effective and reasonably priced, I will be recommending this company to friends and family.

I visited Medicetics and saw Dr Sepi for my lips and some botox. She was so lovely! I really felt she listened to me and explained the treatments best suited to my face. It was a thorough consultation and I couldnt be more excited about my results!! I had lip fillers and they look so natural, as I didnt want them to look fake, just enhanced : ) She did a great job with my botox too! Overall it was a great experience and understand why they have a great reputation. Will be back to see Dr Sepi again!

Dr Vicky Dondos is amazing and a genius.
I'm 47 and started seeing Vicky 2 years ago as my face was beginning to collapse a little and look really tired - not helped by the fact that I run a lot and am on the thin side. Vicky has used a mixture of fillers and botox to restore the fullness to my face and minimise lines. The results are brilliant and very, very subtle - I just look younger and fresher. I have a fairly serious professional job and can't afford to look 'done' in anyway at all and also loathe the 'done' look, but with her I just look great and not frozen or too plumped at all. Its the best money ever spent and has a much greater impact on my looks than an expensive new handbag or designer clothing - can't understand why so few people that I know aren't doing this more.

I have been treated by the doctors and aestheticians at Medicetics for years and wholeheartedly recommend them. Dr Dondos in particular has a very skilled and subtle approach to Botox and fillers and a lovely manner as well, putting you at ease and ensuring you understand and are comfortable with everything. I've had some excellent facials with Lenke and also experienced painless facial mole removal with Dr Mullan. I'm delighted with my experiences with everyone at Medicetics over the years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I first visited Dr Dondos following a recommendation from a friend. Initially I was hesitant and concerned before my appointment, however from the first step inside I was completely put at ease by the Receptionist who also carried out 'before' photos. Meeting Dr Dondos was just lovely; she is very friendly, calm and super professional and does all she can for you to obtain the results you would like.

I have had quite a few procedures carried out with Dr Dondos, tear trough filler being one of them which I found terrifying. The results then and since have been exceptional and I'm relieved to have found Medicetics. I know I can visit and have procedures completed professionally and safely in a welcoming environment.
