Prompt efficient service and rapid delivery of results

I have used the home blood tests before and thought they were good but this time the test I needed had to be a professional blood draw. It took weeks to find a free appointment and I was told it had to be before 10am but those appointments were not available at three places near me. You can’t see availability before paying. I bought this test to have a quick answer but it took 6 weeks in total from ordering to getting my results due to the lack of appointments.

The whole process is simple and efficient.

Excellent instructions on how to use it and collect and post the sample.

Clear explanation of results both visually and with the doctors advice.

Had a couple of checks done. From ordering to getting the results was about 10 days, so very fast and efficient service. The doctors report with the results was very helpful in understanding the results. Would definateley recommend.

The first test was done fine. But I then decided to get a more expensive test which was more comprehensive and more expensive. Received the test but they said it failed but I thought maybe it was because I had done on my own. So they sent another test and got someone professional to extract the sample. Now again they say it failed again and offered more expensive treatment or would refund me £16 not much considering the test was over £70 so very disappointing.

This isnt the 1st time using medichecks.com as what is good is that it keeps track of previously done tests and you can compare from the test previous you had done & also information on the marker you wish to read and shows in a bar where your mark is.

Excellent and prompt service. The missing fifth star was due to the fact that despite cancelling an order ( made in error) straight after it went through, I still received the kit by post and had its price subtracted from the refund.

I had a very good experience with Medichecks. The process was simple and easy to follow, from ordering the test to receiving the results. Great service, easy and efficient

Despite the results & Dr's comments being thorough and useful, the turnaround time was fairly long. I know it says up to 7 working days for delivery but I thought it might be sooner given I live close to the dispatch site. The results then took 4 working days so all round a fairly long time- overall happy with the service.

Male Hormone blood test. A good test with wide spectrum of results. Easy to do just take care and be vigilant with the blood sampling if self testing, just so you don’t waste the £79 test. Great service from Medichecks, highly recommended!

Have used Medichecks a few times now for blood tests. Tests are well packaged and good instructions - also have a long time (around 3 months) to use the test. I tend to choose going to a clinic to get blood taken - more cost, but a lot easier than trying to successfully get your own finger prick sample. I was interested in Testosterone levels - got tested when I was drinking alcohol most nights. T was on the low side, but still within normal range. I experimented by cutting down to 1 or 2 nights per week drinking alcohol, improved my diet, and began walking 2 miles a few times per week - got retested 3 months later and my Testosterone levels had increased by over 30 percent. WHAT - my jaw dropped! Such a convenient way to check if lifestyle changes actually do work effectively - in my case they do, Getting tested gives me the motivation to continue improving my lifestyle and exercise to make even more progress. Will be getting tested again in another 3 months!
