The blood testing process is well organised and streamlined. The results were delivered within the stated timescale.

Excellent service and care from start to finish. Hadn’t done this before (blood test) but all the instructions were crystal clear and I had my results back the next day.

I went to the website the same day I received the email telling me I should fill in the supportive information, but it showed not available anymore.

Everything from ordering, having blood taken and sending off the samples was very professional and very easy to follow. Having a reputable hospital nearby to take my bloods was very reassuring. The service as excellent.
Whilst I was given a brief summary on my overall results I felt that this could have been more informative. Also would have liked more briefing of some of my lower reading results. At the end of my report I felt I needed more information. I know that I could have paid a further amount to discuss this with a doctor but having already spent almost £300 I was not prepared to spend any more money.

Was hoping for the full results as I have previously had from other companies.
The important one I needed was the Free testosterone one.

To be honest the process was straight forward a little pricey compared to others and the test results felt more like a Ai generated response the aim seemed to be vague and wants you to sign up for more advice I paid for the Sports package at £169 was it worth it not really for me...but we're all different

I used Medichecks because I wasn't getting anywhere with my doctor's surgery. I opted to get the blood drawn at Superdrug because the finger pirck way at home doesn't work properly. I can never get enough blood and as one nurse told me, but anyone who can get that amount of blood out has a clotting problem. So I paid an extra £35. It's all very expensive, but the result came back as I knew it would, but my Dr had ignored. The results come back fast and Medichecks keeps you up to date with where your test is.
My only quibble is the Dr who did my results said I should get another test in 6-8 weeks for something I hadn't expected which isn't actually a problem. I realised that they were trying to get me to spend another £130+ on a test I don't need.

This was perfect for me. I can’t trust my local surgery to care and do the checks I need but this was so easy and I will 100% be using this again.

Everything done quickly and efficiently. Good explanations on results aswell. Will definitely be using them again.

Easy to use and results with a day, excellent service

Appalling customer interface. When trying to order a very expensive check I gave up the first time as it just didn’t work. I returned the next day and persevered but at checkout out found that not all of the services I’d requested had been added, for instance a nurse visit to collect the sample, and the inclusion of a bowel cancer check.
When the kit arrived I took it to my doctor’s surgery, duly posted it, and next day an email saying the sample had arrived, please log in to my account to answer some questions. After doing so the instructions given didn’t match what appeared on screen. Tried twice, no go, so contacted what is laughingly called customer service. After wasting time with a bot asking irrelevant questions, another name Millie, who when asked if she was human answered yes, an answer which I doubt was true. Millie sent me a link to yet another address, after I opened it took me back to where the whole mess started, and another wasted, frustrating half an hour. No email response has so far been received.
My results will arrive in due course, and I have to say I have absolutely no faith in their veracity or usefulness, and am bracing myself for a wasted £250 plus.

This is added some time later, and I’ve now edited my rating to 1 star. I finally received a notification that my results were ready to view, and at the bottom of the email a message “VIEW RESULTS” I duly clicked on this and the page it took me to offered a test I took in 2022. After much checking and fiddling with no access, with a sinking heart I tried “customer service” which as before provided a circular and pointless exchange with bots, the final ones claiming to be human, but with the giveaway “ is there anything else I can help you with today?”
This company is a disgrace. I do hope someone out there reads this and so avoids wasting their money.
If only Trading Standards would read this. One thing is fairly certain - no one from Medichecks will.
