Do not use this clinic. Almost two years ago now, I went in only for fat fillers in my face to end up having full surgery on my eyes. I now have lop sided eyes, suffer with constant issues with eye inflammation called Chemosis, ridiculously high cheek bones that make me look like a turtle and hollowness around my eyes. Due tot he hollowness it has caused me wrinckles also and made me look even older. I have sufferd with PTSD due to the change in my face and even though i went back to have more fat put around my eyes to fill some of the hollowness and where the lower eye has collapsed, this reduced it but didnt get rid of it and the effects were only temporary. After this they said they will do no more and have left me with a deformed face, low confidence and anxiety.

The whole experience was flawlessly smooth and easy from start to finish. From planning flights, appointments, surgery and aftercare. Dr Hadi and his team were really professional and supportive as I was travelling on my own from the UK and was quite apprehensive. The whole process was explained clearly and I can’t fault their care. I love the result and it was the best decisions I ever made.

I have just had a nose procedure ( rhinoplasty) performed by Dr Hadi Nural . I have now just arrived back in the Uk . I want to thank Dr Hadi and his team for their professionalism. Dr Hadi did a wonderful job on my nose . 10 days in I am more than satisfied and could not recommend enough . I am delighted with my new improved nose I put my trust in him and he did not let me down 👍 I would not hesitate to recommend him personally. I plan on going back for another procedure soon under the capable and competent hand of Dr Hadi Nural .

I spent weeks researching surgeons and chose Dr. Hadi Nural at Mediface for my rhinoplasty—best decision ever! His Ishida technique meant barely any swelling, and my nose looks so natural. The whole team was so kind and made everything stress-free. Couldn’t be happier!

I had my eyelid surgery with Dr Erkan at Mediface Clinic last month, and I’m honestly delighted with the outcome. The all-inclusive package was so convenient—having the hotel sorted and VIP transfers took away any stress about travelling alone. My family were a bit nervous before I went, but when they saw how well everything was organised (and how great my eyes look now), they were really impressed! My sister even said I look ten years younger.

I had a rhinoplasty with Dr Nural at mediface. My experience was amazing. The clinic is ran exceptionally well all staff are brilliant and made my time here so much more relaxed and easy. Dr Nural is excellent and a perfectionist.

The stitches were removed and they said it would dissolve within six to eight months, unfortunately it didn't. In the ninth month, the stitches were removed at another clinic.

I have finally been seen by an NHS ENT specialist and he said the reason I could not breathe was because I have two perforations from the surgery I received from Dr Nural. And that my septum is deviated still. I went in to get my deviated septum fixed only to leave with a deviation further up the nose, with two additional holes. The two holes in the septum are large and is gradually leaving me with sandlenose. The NHS ENT specialist may be able to do a perforation repair. But as its another surgery in the same area I am more at risk for complications now. DO NOT COME HERE.

Dr Hadi Nural crafted me a beautiful nose that surpassed even my own expectations. His work is meticulous. First and foremost. Unlike many other surgeons , he specialises in the nose and breathing issues. he will ensure you not only have a healthy functional nose but also a aesthetically beautiful one too, suited to your face and what’s possible. He is kind, very experienced. Honestly, his Instagram page doesn’t properly do him justice. Just because there are not hundreds of thousands of followers (yet!) don’t be fooled. He’s not about marketing . He’s about results. I am a nervous patient with anxiety problems and I was definately a difficult patient but Dr Nural and team were there every step of the way and went above and beyond to help . I am grateful to you all. I felt safe and comforted. Thank you Medi Face clinic. If I ever need anything else, I will come to you. 🙏❤️

I had a canthoplasty done with upoer blefaroplasty ..my eye corners had become very droopy. The surgery has been done by very friendly dr Erkan...the results are amazing. And the whole explanation...the pre and aftercare were fantastic. Very clean and nice hospital and the staff is very very friendly. I am a 65 year old male.

I have only had good experiences with Mediface. All doctors are helpful when you have questions. I can only recommend it

AWFUL My life is ruined with too much skin removed from my eyelids that I can no longer close them!
I thought I was having a small slither of skin removed and I woke up to my eyelids practically gone!
I have to have skin grafts to ever be able to function and live a normal life with sleep again!!

Before they remove this - I beg for anyone to contact me before considering this place for surgery 😢
Dr Erkan blocks you when realising how badly this has gone and they don’t care one bit
I BEGGED for my money back to get help and see Oculoplast surgeons to help me in the UK - the NHS have taken me as a patient now and I can either do this or goto US and spend 20k plus for skin grafting and muscle repair!!
I have non closure of the eyes
Fat grafting went rock hard leaving one eye restricted vision
One eye is extremely damaged and huge and feels goggly and cold and the other is tight and out of shape.
You can not live a normal life with eyes that don’t close -
Surgical tape to hold my eyelids down at. Night!!!

I had facelift surgery this August 2024 at Mediface , Dr Erkan and his team are very friendly, professional people. They make me feel welcome and take a good care of me.
From the start to the end they looked after me and make me feel safe.
After this experience I’m confident to go back to them for anything else.

A big THANK YOU to the Customer Service Team! :) :) - front of the Mediface Aesthetic house: Ebru and Arzu- the patients' coordinators. They are always available to talk, answer any questions and address any worries. After surgery I had a problem with allocated to me hotel as the road works have just started there, a noice was uncredible. I asked Ebru for relocation and soon Arzu found a more quiet hotel for me. My procedure was: Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty and when after surgery I was worried about the face's swelling I texted Ebru and sent her two pictures- she almost immediately contacted the surgeon and they explained me that all is normal and the healing process can take 3-4 weeks. As I am over 60 I expect the best results to be seen after maybe 5-6 weeks- what is understable. I cannot wait! At present, I am just one week after the stitches' removal and, at the mornings, my face (around the eyes) is still swollen, however during the day and after ice compresses the face looks much better. Anyway I am very grateful to Ebru and Arzu for a warm approach to me as a patient and professional attitude.
I will submit a review again when the healing process be completed as I would like to say a lot of good words abour the medical staff as well.Thank you!

I cannot thank Mediface enough. I am 7 days post upper eyelid surgery. From the moment I initally contacted them and since I have been back home the communication has been superb. Dr Erkan preformed the surgery, pre consultation, he asked what I wanted to achieve, he then went on to advise what he can do, and he has delivered. The coordinator was amazing, she arranged everything from the hotel, airport pick-ups/drop off and appointments to and from the hospital. I really cannot thank them enough. If you are considering upper eye lid surgery, Dr Erkan is an expert in this field and I will highly recommend.

I Had septorhinoplasty with DR Hadi Nural. Badly deviated septum and dorsal hump and crooked front .
From the moment I contacted Mediface to now I have been so happy, they wasn’t at all pushy and they let me decide when I was ready too book, always messaged back with any questions and concerns I had.
I had a quick online consultation with Dr Hadi Nural before I flew over.
Once in Turkey everything went so smoothly, the driver who picked us up, the hotel was lovely that they booked for me and my daughter.
I had bloods and consultation in the morning of operation, the clinic is very calm and clean and all the staff are lovely, I had a English translator Tugba throughout explaining everything, she was with me every step of the way into theatre and after, she was so nice and made me feel at ease.
The Operation went good and I came out able to breathe straight away which they said I would do as they don’t pack the nose just a little gauze underneath and nostril retainers. I was back too the hotel within 3 hours of waking up and I felt fine.
They give you all your medication you need, sprays creams tablets with detailed instructions on each box and a written instruction sheet.
I went back to the hospital for a check up and nose cleaned out the next day.
I had no bruising at all, very slight swelling in the cheeks no bleeding after the first afternoon. I felt fine the whole time, I was able too go for walks around in the evening and go out for meals.
Cast off and stitches removed on day 6.
Once home they answer any concerns straight away and check up on you.
I am week 5 and even though I have some swelling on my nose it is straight and I love it, I am so happy I made the choice to go with Mediface after a lot of research and would recommend the surgeon and the clinic

I'm 12 days post surgery I had double eyelid surgery and fat transfer with Dr erkan at mediface in antalya.
From start to finish they are super professional and make you feel super safe and a ease I went out from the UK arrived on the 1st of Sep had my surgery on the 2nd was driven by back and fourth with a driver provided by the hospital he was absolutely brilliant too I can't recommend Dr erkan his team and this hospital enough. Best decision I ever made.😁
