Dont go and get a cpap from this unworthy company ,money they waant to make
OK, i went in because my cpap was not working anymore ,so the girl that answered me told me there was a recall that i never received, and i had to buy a New machine ,but what about tthe recall ,so i talk to this guy that said they would repay the cpap and offer the recall one ,takes 6 weeks that was in july now we are in septembre and still waiting ,but now i feel that i cité want to tell everbody dont go there ,they are not trust worthy ,i am thinking of taking them to court or maybe bad publicity, i am from quebec this company only wants to make money ,they dont give a hout about the welfare of the person ,,,,darrell

Although I have full coverage for my machine, they now came up with an additional fee to set up my equipment, which I never paid before. It is only another way to charge us, and I didn't like it (it was for a brand-new equipment for crying out loud).
