You did not pay any delivery charge?
Having checked your order, you spent £103.78 including VAT with us.
All orders over £35 excluding VAT have the option of free delivery (which is what you chose when you placed the order).
Any orders under £35 excluding VAT incur a postage cost, which begins at £2.99 excluding VAT, which is cheaper than other distributors of medical supplies.
It would be great if you could amend your review to remove the reference to extremely high delivery charges, as that's not true.

To clarify what happened with your order:
When you placed your order on Saturday 4th July, the item was temporarily out of stock (and listed as such online), so we emailed you the next day (Sunday 5th July) to let you know we'd despatch as soon as it was back in stock, or that you could get in touch if you needed a lead time.
We then ordered the item from the manufacturer, and we discovered that the item had actually been discontinued by the manufacturer.
As it could no longer be supplied, we cancelled the order on our end and raised a refund for you on Tuesday 7th July (an email was sent to you the same day to update you)
So to be clear, the cancellation wasn't something you did - it was cancelled by us once we confirmed the item was no longer available.
We appreciate this meant you had to source the item elsewhere at short notice, and we're sorry for the inconvenience this caused.
We do try to flag stock issues and process any necessary refunds as quickly as possible, and in this case that was within a couple of working days of the order being placed, but we understand that doesn't make it any less frustrating when you need the item promptly.
If you'd like to discuss this further or need any help with a replacement order, please give us a call on 01305 784447 and we'll be happy to assist.
