They were quick after I called to find out that the original item was on back order. However, the product that we received is exactly what we were looking for. Once we straightened out to get a different color stethoscope, they were very efficient in delivering it to us.

Sent me the wrong order and then will not send my correct order until they receive the wrong order back, from across the country. Not reliable and no discount for sending the wrong item, even though it is for a new job. Go someplace else!

No engraving
I ordered an ID plate for my stethoscope and paid for an engraving on it. When it came, the plate was blank. No engraving. I was very disappointed.

Sorry for the trouble with this order. There are two plates that come with these; a white one on which you can write on with a sharpie and a silver one that we laser engrave. They can sometimes stick to the packaging, tag or each other. Did you receive both and the silver one did was not engraved? We typically engrave names - on your order is shows 3M Littmann as the engraving. Is that what you wanted? I'd be happy to send you a new engraved plate.

Great Company and Customer Service Communication
I have bought 3 Littmann stethoscopes from them, all with engravings. They have all turned out perfect. Shipping is fast as promised. I had ordered a purple stethoscope (order date 12/10 or 12/12. I am unsure of the exact date), which I found out not long after they were on back order. They gave me the option of waiting for this one as they did not know when it would be in or I could order one that was in stock. I opted for my purple one. About mid January I hadn’t received it quite yet. I emailed customer service inquiring about it as they were supposed to be in stock in January. Customer service was great and prompt. Informed me that it would be about mid March due to production. Which I was fine with. This is the ONLY site that I buy my engraved stethoscopes from. They’re prompt, communication is great and customer service is amazing. Very happy with every purchase.

Customer service needs help
I really had high hopes for this company. I ordered Littman Cardiology 4 on 1/6/20, I've received an email that they are delayed. and each time I email for an update, the date for potential delivery is pushed off. I understand that times are different, but customer service should not have changed. keep your customers updated and don't put the products back online if they are amongst those that are supposedly back-ordered.
I've waited this long, I'll wait a little more, but unfortunately I wont be a returning customer.

This has been a very trying year with product issues from 3M Littmann and delivery issues from USPS - all completely out of our control. Your order appears to be among the former. The specific stethoscope you ordered is among a long list of Littmann stethoscopes unavailable due to pandemic related production issues. We understand how frustrating this is. We receive updates from Littmann but they are not always accurate. We can always switch orders to something else in stock or cancel and refund in full.

Your order shipped the same day it was placed and was delivered March 1st. Your ship to address appears to be a Freight Forwarding Firm. As a policy, we do not ship to these companies. There are a variety of issues but this is one. An agent for that company signed for this package and it is now in their custody. If your account information with this firm is missing or incorrect that can delay delivery to you considerably. I have always purchased my stethoscopes from you. This last one was a great upgrade from my last. I would have loved the engraving to have been placed differently but other than that I’m very happy with my purchase.

Thank you for your continued business. We are limited by our laser engraving process for each specific Littmann model (hence the character limitation). The only space available on both the Classic III and Cardiology IV is that relatively small area on the left hand side of the chestpiece. It should be perfectly legible.

Rating should be zero. I ordered a Welch A. otoscope with a throat illuminator. Website said it would be shipped to me the next day. Nearly a month later had not received the otoscope. I finally receive it and the throat illuminator for which I paid extra for was missing from the case. I send Medisave an email explaining and their answer was- the package was delivered. I sent yet another email with a picture of the open case and the invoice, still have not received an answer. I suggest you buy from a different company. Oh and PS they don’t answer their phones either.

The otoscope you ordered was out of stock and, given the pandemic, getting restocked from our supplier has taken a little longer than expected. As we discussed, this product was not missing anything. The specific function you are looking for is a simple reconfiguration of the supplied components. I sent a copy of the instructions which were included with the device and will send photographs as well that should be helpful.
