Tried to steal my money
Tried to steal my money. Paid for an engraving on stethoscope and it was not engraved. Also ordered unisex scrubs and they sent female ones. Messing up on both items is wildly unprofessional in my book. Requested a refund and had to fight them over it.
Would recommend any other medical supplier than this company.
Addendum: I paid you money. The money was for items and work to be performed on an item. You charged me and did not perform the work on the item. Then you blamed a 3rd party for the error. That isn't even mentioning the other errors with the order as well. I had to send multiple emails to you and you have still not even initiated the refund. This is despite furnishing the evidence and you finally admitting the mistakes made. Charging someone and then not performing the labor paid for is theft.

DO NOT deliver on time.
Were satisfied when ordering on May 1st when the website & email claimed my package would be delivered on May 9th, because the gift was needed on May 17th. SADLY, it arrived on May 20th. DO NOT believe their estimated arrival dates. DO NOT order if timely delivery is required

Horrible operations
When I ordered I ordered based on when they could deliver it. So, when I got an ETA of 5/2 I completed my order. Ordered on 4/26 and it didn’t ship until 5/1.
I reached out and they just kept giving me an excuse as to why it took so long. If you’re going to give a delivery date, at least make it within a day if your estimate. Not a whole business week.
Poor experience with them.

After mistakenly trying a different company for a stethoscope and getting a used item/ wrong product in a new box, I decided to look into a reputable company. Littman listed Medisave and I am so glad I used this company. I received my engraved Cardiology lV today and couldn’t be happier. Updates on delivery status were helpful and it arrived quickly. Beautiful colors.

My order never received
My order (delivery) has been delayed multiple times and was told to get in touch with customer service of my order wasn’t received in two days from my original inquiry about the order. I have asked for the item to be cancelled and all the rep could tell me is that it was out for delivery. I have been told it is out for delivery since last Friday-I can see that.
Please, just cancel the order!

Actually deserves zero stars
If there was a zero star rating, that is what I would leave. Ordered a new stethoscope for my wife on Nov 29, and their receipt stated it would be delivered Dec 5. I called Dec 9 and Dec 11 and was told both times that they are behind and would ship the stethoscope that day. On Dec 16th, I attempted to call them because it still hadn't shipped, and now they are not even answering phone calls. I've had to do a charge back on my credit card to resolve this. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my wife, whose stethoscope was stolen and because Medisave has jerked me around for two weeks, I don't know that I can get another one in time for her. Take your money and go somewhere else to get your kit; don't get ripped off like I did (and according to recent reviews, many others have been as well).

Still trying to find out where my order is. Unable to speak to anyone by telephone, chat, or email. I have been trying for one week to reach someone. Every time I try to call them I am the 2nd caller in line, I wait 9 minutes and I get the same message to leave a message. No one has called me back in days. The chat feature is just an email option. To date, no one has returned my many phone calls, chats or emails. I honestly am starting to think this company is not legit. My order was placed on Dec. 6. Also the tracking features do not work. The cancel order feature does not work. The Shop App is useless. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Haven’t received my order yet. I’m confused. The SHOP app indicates it was delivered 3 days ago and that it is still in transit on the last day of “to be delivered by.” I don’t know if the screw up is on Medisave or SHOP. I do know from past orders from other vendors that the SHOP app is worthless.

Ordered it for black Friday
Ordered it for black Friday and didn't hear back for almost 2 weeks. Finally I got the notification and the stethoscope had shipped. The box that the stethoscope came in was not closed properly and when I lifted it, it just fell out so I was a little worried that maybe it was damaged since it wasnt sealed but it looks great, the engraving was great, and I can hear things well so I think it was good. I got a free case for it too. The stethoscope doesn't as snuggle as I thought it would. The tubing keeps popping out which causes the whole stethoscope to pop out when you open it. The case is made for classic 3 so I think that's just how it is.

placed an order 11/29 and paid $14.99…
placed an order 11/28 and paid $14.99 for priority mail and expected date was 12/04 then switched to 12/05. Updates are not clear it has been being transferred multiple times in Chigago for the last 3 days. Contacted customer service and i was told" There is no guaranteed time in transit " and " USPS priority mail is not a guarenteed service" so then why offer that option at extra charge ???? needed this product for gift exchange this weekend but unfortunately i will not have . i have requested to cancel and a full refund on my order and was told i have to wait until the product arrives and then ship it back !! dissapointed. do not reccomend buying from this website. should have got it off amazon.

Dreadful Delivery Estimate
I ordered on November 26, and you provided an estimated delivery of December 6. On December 6, I got a notification from UPS that they are awaiting the package from you. Clearly, you needed ten days (at least a full business week, even ignoring the days around Thanksgiving) to process my order. I could understand the fact that I’m not going to have a birthday gift in hand, had you bothered to clearly communicate your delivery estimate. But I chose to order from you rather than Amazon, which promised delivery overnight, because I believe in supporting other-than-Amazon business whenever possible. Truly disappointed in your service and the response from your associate, who responded, when I inquired, “There is no guaranteed time in transit with UPS Ground. You can, however, get updates directly from UPS with that tracking number starting this evening.” As though this planning error is on me, rather than your company.
