I ordered the item on 03/05/2022. And today is 03/16/2022 still waiting for the item. I don’t understand. I had borrow a stethoscope from a friend to use for my BSN clinical.

Your order was placed on March 5th and shipped on March 8th. The package was delayed in the USPS system and we filed an investigation. According to USPS the package was finally delivered April 7th - a full month after we shipped it. I apologize again for the United States Postal System.

The worst experience ever
The worst experience ever.
I did order for 3M Littmann Classic II Infant Stethoscope and it is not delivered yet since 21 october although it mentioned in tracking that it is delivered since 23 october.. I contact customer service to get the stethoscope or to get my money back. The reply was that the company will do investigations but nothing was done and they didn’t even reply me.. simply the worst

What a misleading company + edit
What a misleading company! I wanted to buy some nasal only lateral flow tests.I looked for the Flowflex brand.On their pictures of what they had they showed a box which looked the same dimensions as all of my other lateral flow test boxes. With post and packaging(only the UK) they charged me £5+ and what arrived was one Flowflex test in a box which is actually 12cmx8cmx2cm! I ask you-who buys 1 lateral flow test in the post?! They knew what they were doing. This was most likely a sample product. Looking back I was able to read that there was one test in the box but why are they letting the general public be misled? Clearly for a little bit more greedy profit. Yes, I am angry. I might add - (as an edit) that the price I paid wasn't the reduced price now stated for the "out of stock" item. I paid more than £1.99 so with the postage on top it amounted to more than £5. I cannot quote the exact price over £5 because the company never sent me a receipt - only a dispatch notification and then the package itself has no record of price paid - only a delivery note. Also, there is no way of knowing the size of the box - and a picture of one plastic test would surely be all you need to show if you had 7 of them in there. I assume they are now "out of stock" because someone else has made the same mistake as me. A courteous response to an error made by a customer because of a misleading picture(I ask again - Who would really want to buy a single test and have it sent by post?) would have been the least I expected and maybe an endeavour to make the mistake less easy to make for future customers.

You purchased one test for £1.99 and paid a fixed shipping cost. I am not sure why you think there was more than in the box for this price? The description and pictures are of the actual product taken by our media team - even the image shows one test laid out and ONE on the box. We make less than 30 pence on this product and I can confidently say that your order (after storage, an individual pick pack and shipping charge) would have resulted in a loss for Medisave. Yet you defame our company calling us greedy profiteer's? Because you carried out a purchase without any diligence? This is not a sample product - Most companies buy 100s of these for workplace testing and we send cases to employee homes etc. If you look at our website we also sell packs in 5s 7s and 25s - they are clearly marked as such.

Loved the stethoscope and the company I received it within 4 days of ordering the only thing is the engraving is smaller than expected but I still love it! And also liked the updates on my order! And the fact that I received it earlier than expected!

Steer Clear
My experience with this company was terrible. I ordered my wife a Cardiology IV in the color Raspberry in early November. When I ordered, it was noted on the website that it was likely to ship within 5 business days due to delays from the manufacturer. When I called to check the status of my order a month later, they told me I shouldn't expect my order until after the New Year, if I was lucky. Don't waste your time with this company.

I apologize for the delay with your order. These are trying times with production and delivery issues from 3M Littmann like so many manufacturers in our current, pandemic burdened economy. While updates from Littmann can be vague to say the least we always have the option of switching to another color combination that is in stock in that same stethoscope model.

I thought I had ordered a 3M stethoscope as a gift for a physician friend in Europe who was getting married and then canceled it because I noticed that the time of delivery would be too close to the time I was leaving. However, apparently I had not properly canceled the order and it arrived the same day I left for Europe. Medisave had the best price and included a case unlike other vendors. I called the company and explained my dilemma and they accepted return of the product with no hassles. I had ordered the same product from another vendor through Amazon, which promised a quick delivery but at a higher price and without a case. Unlike many companies, Medisave quickly reimbursed my credit card for the charge. I appreciated the kind and understanding response from them. I wish I had not been so hard pressed to get the product as I would have ordered it from Medisave for sure.

Signature required....
Im not completely sure where the issue lies, but the overall experience was not the best. The first setback was the stethoscope that i had ordered went on back order ( which i can't place the blame on the company). Then I was willing to switch my color choice , unfortunately the options were slim. To further the situation a signature was required at delivery. I am not home for the delivery nor am i able to get to the Post Office to pick it up. I had asked Medisave to retract the signature request, and was told they cannot. Now all I want is a refund and they can have their package returned since I cannot get it.

I apologize for the trouble with your order. This has been a very trying year with supply issues from 3M Littmann and delivery issues from USPS - all completely out of our control. As detailed in our Shipping Terms and Conditions, a signature is required for ALL shipments (with the exception of small, 1st Class Mail parts). This helps ensure proper carrier service and provides the necessary proof of delivery required for this high-end personalized medical equipment. With the recent, pandemic related issues we are having with all our carriers - especially USPS - this is even more important. Delivery exceptions and delays are becoming less the exception to the rule and more a frequent frustration for us and our customers. The signature requirement is the only way we have to hold our carriers accountable and, in the case of missing packages, file a claim for lost merchandise. We do, of course, have a number of shipping options. Had we had the conversation before the order was shipped we could have sent it to a local pick up location - FedEx Ground offers pick up at a number of pharmacies and local retailers - often with 24 hour pick up service. While USPS will not change a delivery address we can request to have the package sent back to us at which point I would be happy to arrange to reship your order at our expense to a location of your choosing.

As discussed - UPS is in the process of investigating this issue. To be clear, the tracking number you received is correct and the package was sent. UPS has not scanned the package and though we are confident it is moving through the UPS system, we unfortunately have no way to confirm that. I apologize again for the delay and the frustration. We do see this from time to time. I am watching this shipment and others in the same state from the same day closely. I am committed to resolving the matter one way or another once we have an update from the carrier.

My Littmann Classic III looks amazing, clear sound, and I had my name engraved on it :). Littmann is generally expensive but works well for its intended purpose. Came with a manual book, some ear, and headpieces. Shipping was about a week to get to CA. Fast replies within same day.

Littmann Master Cardiology
I ordered a Littmann Master Cardiology with engraving on a Monday. I got an email saying the stock was low but they were expecting a shipment. Next thing I know, the item shipped on Tuesday and I got it on Thursday! Wow! The shipping was fast and you can’t beat the prices. Out of all the authorized dealers of Littmann, Medisave definitely wins!
