I had high hopes from past reviews, but the responsiveness of customer service, meeting TAT requirements (they struggle to complete stat jobs), charging $25/mo for the IPhone dictation app (no other transcription company I know charges for this) and low accuracy (I had to hand correct/type more then half of the report due to inaccuracy, consistently), I cannot recommend this company. I plan to cancel my contract as soon as Allowable.

Requirements and deadlines are clear and team leaders, staff and technical teams work well to ensure successful projects. Payment is also done efficiently and on time. Really great experience with Mediscribes. I did the transcriptions in Danish, which is my native language. Pradeep Singh was really informative and patient in answering my questions quickly as it was my first time doing transcription. A really fun and interesting project to work on and I look forward to working with Mediscribes in the future.

It is a great experience working with Mediscribes, especially with the project coordinator Pradeep Singh, he's very helpful and always answer my questions regarding the projects, i worked with them on two projects the Arabic and Afrikaans and it is a great experience, looking forward to work on future projects always !

I did some danish transcription work for them, and since it was my first experience I was not sure what to expect. I had a nice talk with Pradeep Singh. He was my contact person from mediscribes. He was very supportive and very helpful 😊 everything went smooth, the program I worked in, the technical supporters and Pradeep were there 24/7. All in all a positive experience with online work. And the salary was just deposited in my bankaccount 👍😊

Mediscribes have a very well-trained staff who always offer support 24/7. Working with them as a vendor, they always respond and help my team immediately. They also pay me on time and that's why i would always chose them over and over.
