Third time using Mediterra Holidays for our vacations. (Greece, Egypt and now Turkey)
I check Turkey trip with two other travel agencies and Goggle and check all travel destination. I wrote Mediterra and provided with the cities and tourist places I will like to see. Mediterra agent prepare me a very good travel program for Turkey. Good timing in all transportation, great tours guide person, great schedule in four cities. Hotel selection were great, nice breakfasts. Only one miscommunication on the river cruise in Istanbul, but we still have the ride. Lunch was ok, except on a couple of places, one in Cappadocia, almost no meet on the plate dinner and on another lunch the food was cold. In two of the restaurants, refreshment/beer was little overpriced compare with a full restaurant.
In general, the trip was great as expected. Some of my friends became interested on the agency base on the travel itinerary and experience. Hope to travel next year again with Mediterra Holidays, keep great communication during travel and at the end of travel.

We had a wonderful experience and wanted to share a few highlights:

Ayca (Our Travel Coordinator) - From day one, Ayca was incredibly prompt, patient, and helpful. She customized our itinerary, made adjustments as needed, and was always communicative and informative. We really appreciated how easy she made the planning process.

Transportation
All of our drivers were always on time, very polite, and kind, even with a language barrier, communication was smooth and pleasant.

Romance Hotel Istanbul- The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a warm, welcoming staff. We had no complaints and would absolutely recommend it 100%.

WhatsApp Emergency Line- This was a standout feature. I accidentally left my phone in one of the vans, and since I didn’t have it on me, I called the emergency line from the itiniery paper. They quickly contacted the driver, and within 15 minutes, he returned with my phone. I felt so relieved and grateful- huge shoutout to the team for their quick response!

Flexibility & Support- The team was very accommodating. We made a last-minute hotel change, and they handled it quickly and smoothly to make sure everything worked out for us.

Tour Guide Experience - Our trip to Turkey was something we had been planning for over a year, so we were really looking forward to making the most of every moment. While we appreciated the knowledge and insights shared by the guides, we felt that the Istanbul guides spent too much time talking at each site and left us very little room for taking pictures or to explore/enjoy the sites.

On the other hand, our Cappadocia tour guide got it just right- he was friendly, understanding, and gave us the space to enjoy the sites. We really appreciated that balance and hope future tour guides in Istanbul can offer a similar experience.

We were talking yesterday as we were coming back from Greece at how amazing everything went. Great communication from Mediterra and all the associates involved.  Everything ran perfectly. We were very happy to have used your company.  You made an excellent vacation even more perfect. We will be happy to use your company again in the future and recommend Mediterra to all our friends. Any alterations we wanted for our trip were done to perfection and as for hotel choices (we went for 4 star) we were thoroughly pleased.

We did Athens,Mykonos and Santorini. Our transfers from the airport to hotel were prompt and the drivers were courteous. The hotels on each island were all adequate with pool and restaurants at each property. Our tours and excursions were all informative and the tour guides did an excellent job. I cannot begin to say how thankful I am to Kamal ,our customer service representative, for his guidance and helpful suggestions which made our 1st trip to Greece a very memorable experience. My next vacation will be to Dubai and I will certainly use Medittera Holidays again.

This was a wonderful holiday custom made around my wishes. Small tours meant there were never more than 10 people, sometimes just the 2 of us. Pick ups were always prompt, tour guides were extremely knowledgeable and could answer questions on all the historical sites. Hotels were 4 star and up to speed. an excellent holiday, well organised.

This is my second year booking with Mediterra. Their head office is in Turkey, I’ve never met my travel agent but he felt like a guardian angel our first year. Part of me was afraid because it was not a familiar European or North American travel agency, that it was a scam and we’d arrive in Athen’s with nothing in place. Not so. Every detail was taken care of. And there was followup. I had no hesitation about booking again this year with First and last night at a familiar hotel in Athens. Transfer to a rental property for a month in Poros and ferries and flights for a week in Crete. Mid stay before the Easter rush.

When we signed up for the tour, we had no idea what was happening and we were so happy to have the most amazing tour experience ever and the hotel was so nice and welcoming and the tour was perfect for us and we were able to see all the history of our wishes and thanks for the tour guys and he was knowledgeable about historical history of the place, we have a great time!

Everything Mediterra promised and organised was above and beyond expectations. Communication, organisation, recommendations etc. were just fabulous.
We would definitely highly recommend Mediterra to anyone travelling to Italy, Greece and the Greek Islands.

Our agent, Kemal, coordinated everything we wanted to see & do in Greece. He was quick to respond to questions and giving us pertinent information.
He selected hotels that were in convenient locations for walking & meeting day tours and they were comfortable for our needs. The transportation connections were very helpful. It was a terrific trip & well executed!

We planned our trip to Greece with mediterra and it was seamless. I couldn’t be more impressed with the organization and care they took. It truly made our holiday a once in a lifetime event . I can’t recommend them enough.

1. The tour you had organized of Athens was exceptional.
2. Mykonos was beautiful. Our hotel was dated though, and I would consider removing from your list. This would be rated a 2 star.
3. Naxos was amazing and our favorite. We rented ATV/UTV and had an absolute blast. I would highly recommend and/or include in a tour package.
4. Ios was stunning. Ios Palace was our favorite hotel. We wished we had another day in Ios to explore.
5. Santorini was beautiful. We did have a member of our group who has had back surgery and a knee replacement in the past 5 years. There was no elevator in our hotel, and we didn’t realize how many flights of stairs there would be. We did book a catamaran tour and a wine tour. Both were exceptional and I would highly recommend and/or include in a tour package.

We truly appreciated the transportation that was arranged. We had excellent drivers and hosts to welcome us. We will be using your services again in the future.

Mediterra is our "go to" when it comes to traveling abroad. They make it simple and easy so we never have to worry about the quality of the hotels we stay at or transfers to and from.

Another great job planning and execution of our trip through Italy.

We have used Mediterra several times and will continue to do so in future. Kemal is amazing to work with and puts together fabulous customized trips. We are always lodged in excellent, centrally located hotels with efficient and luxurious transfers. The excursions are first-rate (no waiting in long lines). Mediterra is the best!
