I had dental treatment with medlife. I did all on 4 implants I think it was called like this. It was a very good price according to the services they provided. The dentist was very careful and was asking me questions to make me feel comfortable. The hotel was very nice, with beautiful view and breakfast. Izmir is also so amazing I love it . The worker that was taking care of me driving to the clinic and hotel was very helpful and kind. Thank you medlife you make people so confident and happy!

I contacted them months ago about the procedure that went wrong and asked what they could do. Since then they only see my whatsapp messages but don’t reply. Don’t give them any of your money!!!!

I went to Izmir for dental crowns and it was a really good choice. My teeth were worn down and I needed a few crowns. The dentist was super friendly and made me feel relaxed the whole time.
They matched the color perfect and now my teeth look way better and more natural. No pain during the treatment, just a little sensitive after but it passed quick.
The clinic was clean and modern, and way cheaper than in my country. Plus I got to enjoy some time in Izmir too – beautiful city. Really happy with how it all turned out!

Hi, all! I started my dental treatment last year on August. After the first session everything was all right, I’ve done my 4 extractions and 5 implants. This year, in February , I’ve been to Turkey, Izmir, Medlife again for my second part of the treatment. First of all, although I told my doctor that my front teeth do not look good, they were extremely big, she insisted that they will look better after cemented. After cemented , of course they looked horror, I had to pay extra money to change 6 zirconium crowns, pay for the hotel and new flight tickets for me and my family and the final result was almost as bad as the first one. After 2 weeks, I started to feel my crowns moving, those on the implants, a lot of them with a high level of sensitivity and today, they are the same. Of course they barely find time to answer when there are problems and the final result is a total mess. Do not spend your money on a cheap service , they are just messing around with people’s lives, money and wellbeing. I cannot tell you my son’s reaction on my final result, he was crying and I wasn’t able to do anything.
So, think twice before choosing a clinic.

I feel like I can finally speak about my experience here as I am now recovered from my revision operation with another company to fix the results from Medlife. I have given Medlife plenty of opportunity to resolve this with me so my review should come as no surprise.

I went to Medlife in April 2023 and had surgery with Dr Cem Aslan. Over WhatsApp I was promised I could have a donut breast uplift (circular scar around the nipple). When I arrived at the hospital I was told there was no way this was possible and I had to have a full lift anchor scar. I was upset by this and I was told if I didn’t go ahead with the operation an enormous consultation fee was to be taken from me before I could leave. After some discussion with family I decided to go ahead and be operated on. The care in the hospital was good, I was checked on regularly. However, I was sent back to the hotel after a nights stay and I was not seen by another medical professional until the day I left turkey.

I thought this was normal as I’d never had cosmetic surgery before. My revision surgeon who has since corrected my breasts was shocked and said 5 days with the same filthy tapes on surgical wounds poses a high risk of infection. My revision surgeon also took my vitals every day post surgery to make sure there are no signs of illness. This is not something Medlife did, I was simply given a phone number to call if I began to feel ill in those 5 days following operation.

Luckily, I arrived home and recovered with no infection. The results however, began to take a turn at about 8 weeks post operatively. I had been for breast uplift surgery as I had lost 25kgs and they were sitting low and empty. My breasts actually ended up worse than what I started, they were lower, heavier and the skin had absolutely stretched to the maximum. The nipples had become so large and the cleavage looked saggy in absolutely everything I wore. My friends and family were also shocked by how bad my results were and my confidence took a huge hit.

Obviously I contacted Medlife and let them know what was happening to my body. They spoke to the surgeon on 2 occasions and both times he simply said ‘I believe there has been an improvement’.

They refused to see me again, I even offered to pay for flights. I was absolutely devastated by how I looked.

I had to save up all over again and chose another company for revision surgery. As soon as I met my revision surgeon he couldn’t believe how bad they were. I was told by Medlife that my implants were placed in a dual-plane position (half under/half over the chest muscle) however upon being opened up again they saw that Dr Aslan had just placed them over the muscle and the muscle had not even been touched. The implants had also ‘breached’ the pocket and dropped below the inframammary fold. They agreed that at a year post op the results were absolutely dreadful.

I never leave bad reviews but this is absolutely necessary.

Please don’t use medlife dentist the aftercare is Terrible. Had my treatment in February and I’ve had problems with my crowns loose and moving. Tried to get in touch with the contact number I had and I’m being ignored so please don’t use them.

I made an advance payment of €160 to the company, which they promised to refund. It's been 2 and a half months now, and all that happens is ignoring and lying. They say it will be paid. Thank God I didn't go there for the procedures, liars! I communicated with Onur Oral, liar!

After the hair transplant, they kept “caring” and begged me to leave a good review. But when I told them the results were nonexistent, they completely ignored me. No responses, no support—just silence. Once they have your money, it’s too late. Avoid!

I have just returned from turkey after having 20 crowns by medlife and I honestly couldn't be happier. From start to finish I didn't feel a thing and the staff and whole experience was 5* amazing. Went on my own so was nervous but felt very reassured and relaxed one I got there due to everyone being so warm and welcoming. Would highly recommend and definitely will be using again !! I got my teeth done in 2022 spent, 4500, I have a lifetime warranty certificate that was given to me and I went with medlife based on that as a factor, I was told any issues all i needed to do was book the flights back part of the guarantee was they would look after accommodation.

My back bridge broke chewing on pizza, Ive my partner was in contact and was told, that they do not look after the accommodation and also there will be a charge to get the bridge fixed on arrival as they are no longer with the dentist that done my veneers.

Ive contacted through the usual whatsapp but no one follows up.

For those of you researching places to get procedures done, Medlife are a middle man company they have no offices and have no medical or dental faculties.

They facilitate a service to dentists and hospitals, not like other companies like EKOL that have their own dentists and hospitals.

Medlife honor my guarantee and your product broke its on you to facilitate a fix.

I recently underwent a breast reduction and lift with MedLife. While my overall experience was positive, I must mention that the hospitality and care provided by the nurses at the private hospital fell short of expectations. During my stay, the nurses—particularly the night staff—lacked sensitivity and warmth, displaying a cold and abrupt manner. Their care felt rough and impersonal, and it wasn’t merely due to the language barrier. Considering this is a private hospital, I found the lack of hospitality and etiquette quite disappointing.

That said, this should not detract from the exceptional work of the surgeon or the overall professionalism of the MedLife team. From start to finish, their service—beyond the hospital staff—was impeccable. Communication was seamless, primarily via WhatsApp, and the team was attentive, supportive, and professional throughout my journey.

The price was extremely reasonable, and the outcome exceeded my expectations. The surgeon was nothing short of amazing, and I am over the moon with my results. I stayed for five days, and it was entirely worth it.

Special mention goes to Gizem and Selim, who were incredibly helpful and made a significant difference in my experience. They were my first points of contact, always friendly, welcoming, and ready to assist. They also helped with translation, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed at every stage.

Despite the issues with nursing care, I have no regrets about choosing MedLife. I would absolutely return for future procedures and wholeheartedly recommend them for their professionalism, results, and the outstanding support provided by their team. Thank you for everything!

Contacted numerous clinics, then I stumbled upon Medlife. I knew instantly that these were the people I would choose. At first contact was with Selim he was lovely answered any questions (no matter how silly they were). The next person was Gizem what a pleasure it was to deal with. Always there on the end of a text no matter what time. I opted to have liposuction to my lower back, a tummy tuck and a breast uplift. From the moment I was picked up from the airport to the time I was dropped back off they were the perfect hosts. The day of surgery I was made to feel relaxed even being wheeled into theatre I was totally calm everyone were so lovely & pleasant. The surgeon was brilliant making sure I knew exactly what was going on. After the surgery the nurses were fantastic nothing was too much trouble for them. Constantly checked on my scars, drains and well being. I literally can’t say anything bad about the whole experience. I had a breast implant revision with Medlife, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience and the results. A friend recommended them to me, and although I was initially apprehensive about having surgery abroad, everything from start to finish exceeded my expectations. The treatment, hospital, surgeon, and overall care were far superior to what I experienced in the UK. Gizem, my patient coordinator, and Dr. Koken, my surgeon, were absolutely fantastic!

Had my teeth done and paid £5500 . They came loose after 3 months . I had to go back to get them fixed . I had to pay for a flight and the hotel. After just over a year they are loose again . I got back in touch with them and they said I need to go out there . There would get me the hotel and pickups for £150 and they might need to be replaced at an extra cost to me . They have only been in just over a year

Gizem was awesome, she kept in constant contact with me from before arriving in Izmir to when i returned, no question was to much trouble and she was always prompt in relpying. She really made my experiance great. I had a tummy tuck and breast life and the surgeon was so friendly and nice. Infact all the staff where really nice! This was the 3rd procedure i had with Medlife, i would highly recommend them.

I recently used The Medlife group for my dental treatment, I had 27 crowns and 4 bridges. This is the second time I've used Medlife for surgery, i had breast augmentation in 2022.
