Dr. Liu really gave me the best advice on how to tackle questions. Even though I started to blank on some answers, he reassured me that I was doing well and let me finish. I liked how he asked me how I felt about my answer and built more on what I could’ve added or taken out. The mock interview with him gave a realistic experience of how the BS/MD interview would go. Terrible experience with the mock interview process. Advisor had to reschedule interview multiple times, and I received very little useful feedback upon initial interview. Additionally, reaching out to advisors after the interview is forbidden, which is something that is not present in competitor services. For $350, the quality of service and feedback did not match up to competitors or expectations.

My tutor explains things very well and is always willing to help. I like how there are practice exams too.

Videos are fantastic. One feature that would be nice would be to allow students to "reset" all videos so that they can track their progress a second (or third) time through all the videos.
