I think this company is out of business, i have ordered here a week ago, no emails, not picking up the phone, zero response. I would stay away from this webshop!

Unordered goods were delivered
Unordered goods were delivered to my address yesterday, February 2, 2026. I have written to the company several times, but they have not responded. Now I have an oversized package in my apartment that I have to get rid of. I have now organized a pickup via DPD at my own expense (€30+) and am sending it back. What am I, a private individual, supposed to do with approx. 30 fluorescent tubes, each 145 cm long? Nothing but trouble. Totally untrustworthy. The only thing missing now is the invoice and subsequent reminder. I am not a customer either. So I wonder how the company got my address details.

Nice products

Around a 2 week delivery - contact with the service via Whatsapp, because no order confirmation received. After contact quick feedback and delivery.

Very Poor Service to Ireland

Ordered three bulbs 3 weeks ago and they still have not been sent. They are maintaining there is an issue with the address but there is not. An Eircode was provided also. Customer service response is very poor. It takes about a week for any response to your query.

A very long delivery and bad customer service

A very long delivery: ordered 6 days ago and the order has not been even dispatched yet. No updates on the status or delays. The "order status page" has bugs and does not work - just shows a blank page. When contacting Customer service via email, there is a email delivery failure. When contacting via chat, there is a delay in reply and the Customer Service replies saying the order is delayed and then immediately closes the chat. Highly unsatisfied with the experience.

SCAMMERS dont buy them

I have ordered a lamp a month ago, no signs of any care about telling me about the delay on the lamp... I think this company is a scam that only needs cash to flow when knowing that they dont have the product anymore, just to steal the money in order to survive.
I am trying to call and the number is not available anymore.
What a SCAM ! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, this lamp has been subject to a longer delivery time for a while because it is not in stock at our supplier. In the order status page that you receive after placing an order you can see the status of your order.

PARTIAL shipment of item

I've ordered a floor lamp which was not available in the stock.
Few days later I've received a notification that the lamp had been sent to me. I've received only the lamp shade and nothing more.
Asking to the service client didn't help since I got no answer

Loyal to them

I've ordered a lot from them.
A euro more expensive than Amazon, but they have such a wide catalogue that I support them.
I once received a broken lamp and it was replaced very easily.
